islandblue 366
The question of whether Scottish Courts have jurisdiction over what football fans sing out with Scotland was argued today. The Sheriff has reserved judgement until the 26th of this month. Bears travelling to Bristol and Sheffield should therefore take care. Previously it was the case that what was sung outside Scotland wouldn't be prosecuted here. Hopefully the Sheriff confirms this remains the law on the 26th but till then as I say be aware

devref 201
how does that wok for the bears who live in England. and therefore do not come directly under scots law?

Court of Session? unlikely to end with Sheriffs decision. Whoever loses will probably appeal to the High Court. Doesn't apply to Bears who live in England
