themoodybloo 77
I asked that a week ago and was told 28 days after the last verdict which is either today or the 9th....
one55 1,510
Earliest report of HMRC losing is 9th July. 28 days from that date is 6th August.Keep in mind 9th July is just when the press/media reported it. It might officially be earlier than that (say 7th/8th July for example). If the deadline is not over yet then it will be within the next few days. Poetry_In_Blue 1,043
Also must be aware that even though the deadline might come and go an appeal may have been submitted in time but won't have necessary been processed and made official. VERITAS VOS LIBREBETS 3,356
The person from HMRC that keeps pushing this agenda should be investigated and the cost of their efforts exposed to the public.
Gillete 1,338
HMRC have probably lost the tax payer money due to thisThey could have walked away with a settlement Instead they chose to appeal and fight the case that looks like a losing battle. If they appealed again then it's nothing short of disgraceful and I'm sure we all know the reasons behind why
coopsleftboot 5,512
I've a gnawing feeling there are certain politicians pushing HMRC to continually exhaust the appeals process. It's all about "nailing us to the floor" for as long as possible.
