Classic example of all the gear, no idea. These poor kids never stood a chance under our current setup, putting the blame on them when they don't perform is disgraceful IMO. We KNOW there is quality players there, we just lack the coaches, from head coach, fitness coack, first team coach and all the way down to actually build these players up. Gallagher has scored more goals in less games in the same league than the rear of our strikers. I see a player in Aird also, absolutely shambolic that we have no one that has decided to work with him on his crossing and decision making. The boy puts in a shift, has a great work ethic, he would obviously be willing to put in the extra effort to work with coaches to develop the skills he needs, unfortunately, no one at our club is interested in that.
