It just seems that pubs can sometimes struggle to shake off the unwanted clientele from previous incarnations. Struggled to get in last night they dont let anyone whos too drunk in and I was one of the youngest in it at 27. Had a band playing who were pretty decent. Pleasant enough atmosphere and staff were friendly, but not what I was expecting to be honest. Couple of gripes......Smokers out the back kept leaving the door open, so the place was reeking of fags. Also, their claim to have 'craft beer' was somewhat bogus as they had nothing I would really call 'craft' on tap or in bottles. A quick pint of Heverlee and then off to my tribal home of Cottier's (via the Rio Cafe).
