I don't agree with that. He was alright. He wasn't starting consistently and in a decent team. You could still see his ability.

I agree with the second part regards international football. We are getting the benefits of him not playing it.

I'm in the same situation with regards losing folk and as easy as it is to say you should use that as your determination to beat it, it isn't as straightforward as that unfortunately.

The support I have had has made it worthwhile and hopefully others feel more inclined to reach out for help in future.

I appreciate your message mate and things are looking a bit better already after making a few lifestyle changes.
