Popular Post glasgow argyle 1,093 Posted July 20, 2023 Popular Post Share Posted July 20, 2023 Ancre Somme Association are holding a short service in Winchburgh on Tuesday 1st August to remember one of Rangers all time legends he was awarded the MM for courageous service duringWW2 (before my time) but was interested to read he was never booked or sent off in a Rangers career over a period of 18 years. The only other player I can remember that had such an unblemished career was The Wee Prime Minister, Ian McMillan. Although their maybe others I'm sure some fans , would like to attend and pay respects, and some with more knowledge of his illustrious career (football and military) may wish to contribute to this post.
