Danny 9
Why would they come back in with the same deal when it was rejected? That's kinda...dumb.
ibroxwonder 0
If it is even true, what part are Spurs not understanding <_< I hope DJ hits Walker
Davy 68
Why would they come back in with the same deal when it was rejected? That's kinda...dumb. I'd assume he means that they would offer the same fee to Rangers, which was accepted. Then I would think they would offer Hutton a lot more wages. Coopermania 1
hutton might want them to offer more for him so we get a better deal out of it, after all, huttons a diehard bluenose thats possible, but if you were Hutton would you go to Spurs ? mark_ni 12
hutton might want them to offer more for him so we get a better deal out of it, after all, huttons a diehard bluenose i think its spurs offering him more wages rather than offering us any more cash. We accepted their offer of £8m or whatever it was, they arent going to offer us more if we accepted their first bid. If hutton stays to the summer(as i think he will) then we will be able to get more for him after half a season of good performances and a few medals in his pocket!!! Jimenez 1
Question is, even if he went would the Spurs fans take to Hutton, knowing he turned them down twice ? I went along to White Hart Lane a few times when I lived down south, majority of my mates down there supported them I reckon they'd understand him wanting to stay with the club he supports to win medals

I know what you mean and I guess thats understandable but Hutton could act as a negotiator, "give gers £12M and I will accept your offer otherwise I'll keep rejecting you"
