A well deserved renewal for young Busquets, the buy out clause stands at a hefty €80M. It's been a busy couple of days at Madrid. Gonzalo Arconada was relieved of his duties, rather harshly, after going down to Sporting Gijon at the weekend. Pressure was always tough on Arconda due to the heady heights that now Valencia boss, Unai Emery, took them to last season. As posted in the other thread, Jermaine Pennant looks like he could seriously sign for Madrid. The Krasic deal however, has also evolved. Madrid have made an approach to take the winger on loan with a view to a permanent deal. If Barcelona sign anyone, it will be Yuri Zhirkov.
