HighlandBear 1
At last one police force has got into them.. C'mon the PF, get in their.. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/highla...nds/7865020.stm Arrests and praise follow match Ten people were arrested, three for alleged sectarian-related breaches of the peace, at Inverness Caledonian Thistle's match against Celtic. Northern Constabulary said those arrested were Celtic supporters. The force praised the majority of the crowd for their behaviour during the game, which marked Terry Butcher's first game in charge of Inverness. Sunday's 0-0 draw ended a run of league defeats for the Highlands side, who are bottom of the table. Supt Andy Cowie said policing the match had been a significant operation. He added: "I was very pleased with the behaviour of both sets of fans. We continued with our community-based style of policing and the supporters appeared to respond very well to that approach. "There were a number of arrests, mainly for minor public order offences and three for the more serious offence of sectarian breach of the peace. "As we did in the case of a supporter who was charged with a similar offence earlier in the year when Caley Thistle played Rangers, we will be applying for Football Banning Orders for these individuals." HighlandBear 1
Yep, after them arresting one of ours up their and him getting a ban & a fine for singing TFIO, showed that they had to act if any of theirs were behaving in what they deemed a sectarian manner. 3 of them one of us, wonder what that tells us. Timmy is gonna be feeling victimised, again.

HighlandBear 1
What's so great about an overgrown village where you canny indulge in a bit of bigotry? Or haggle over a Gers top? That was in Edinburgh mate. Plenty of 'Sash Bashes' up their. In fact CATB are even allowed to play their bile up their. Only reason they made arrests, is they were under scrutiny after one of ours getting a banning last time up. What does surprise me though, is the day he was in court, his name and address was all over the internet/papers. So far i have still to see the name & details, of the one of them who has pleaded guilty. Edits to say- The record so far has been the only paper to reveal the one who admitted the charge's details. If the other 2 get a 1/2 decent brief, they will walk. Like the bear should have done. IMO-the people who pled guilty, only did so, to save numerous future trips up the A9 for court appearances, that could be put back again, when they get their.
