  1. Yes King should be getting some money out but the the thing is we have had years with no money I distinctly remember 'nae dough three in a row' There is so many free good Scottish players with loads of potential or give our own youngsters a shot instead we are buying all these ancient English guys who are rubbish and humiliated us all on Saturday. £1.8m for Joe we were done!! Refund immediately!!
  2. It's worse inside (click to enlarge picture)
  3. Just seen this for a second I thought wow they've actually reported this then I read the story and it's got the cheek to say Celtic fans are shocked at this???? Who are they kidding??? Shouldn't it be what a disgusting sectarian attack this is? Roles reversed that's exactly what it would say
  4. People are clearing missing the point. The result was horrendous and things must be done but this is about the treatement of our club and supporters and its gone on long enough and until we take a proper stand against it. The singing at Hampden was highlighted more in the press than our players being assualted, we were there and the singing didn't start untill the hibs fans ran on the park. It was a horrid experience and the fact that nothing has happened regarding it says it all, their behaviour was disgusting. That behaviour at OF is beyond it, it is criminal and how noone was told to remove that or how it got in, is the huge issue. I think if we want anything to happen a stand must be taken, banning them seems the only option. Yes it's lost money but its only going in King's pocket not the club anyway and I agree we should ban them from Ibrox everyone has proven they cant stop this kind of behaviour they cant protect our fans and players and why should our fans be put at risk. The fact the next game is scheduled in for 31st December is an absolute joke, an OF on Hogmany with the amount of people who come to Glasgow they must be joking. I dont know why but i am surprised that this all gets brushed under the carpet as it did after the Hibs games, all the fancy cameras at Sky and they cant pick all that but whenever we are on BT they highlight the faintest sound of singing.
  5. I have already got his coat and waiting to show him directions to the door, he has humilated us more than any of the horrid things that have happened over the last few years, we have gone from a team that could beat them in the championship to one destroyed now in the SPL, we didnt those english rejects Mark.
  6. Anyone who just says that 3 points should be ashamed that was a disgrace a real dark day in our history. I had hoped such horrendous days were behind us
  7. He should never have got involved if he didn't want to invest that was horrendous today
  8. This is dead right yes King has paid with peanuts so we've got monkeys but it is Mark Warburtons awful signing and shocking team selection today that has HUMILATED this once great club. I am disgusted by that result, they had the cheek to slag the players we had in the championship they only lost 2-0 and then beat Celtic and this 'great new wonderful' Rangers just got hammered 5-1!!!! no this is not a nightmare a horrible reality!! why the **** did we end up with MW anyway he's never even been a footballer, the 'great' footballers Mark has chosen picking less and less Scots and these guys don't know how to play Scottish football forget an old firm that was humiliating, horrible
  9. It amazes me that these little clubs think they are being funny, it's all jealous as we've got more medals/trophies than they've had hot dinners. They wouldn't like to list the endless times we've beat those silly sheep
  10. That's funny shame about their ridiculous pricing for their channels
  11. Totally agree the sheer fabrication after the Scottish cups final has been disgusting and the treatment Bears have already been receiving this season particularly at Motherwell get everything filmed and please protect yourself and each other and I know it's hard but try not to rise to their **** we are better class of people and they know it, don't let them drag our quality support down. As I said anyone going please take care and look out for fellow bears We are the people
  12. Brilliant love it. After the last few years all that nonsense about our guys suddenly weren't good enough to play for Scotland (Really?) in the lower divisions and picking Lee random games and not actually playing him, I was surprised he was going and then to see this today, love that picture, Waldo and Kenny's face just epitomise the expression 'Get it up Ye' I love how the papers and even heard it on the news were trying to be snide about it but I'm sorry he's not the first and wont be the last to pull out of the Scotland squad, Griffiths sudden injury was absolutely fine, probably ones of those 48 hours things lol
  13. You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. ,
  14. You are dead right. That was embarrassing, can't beat 10 men Kilmarnock, we are going to heavily lose against Celtic. That was one of the worst performances I've seen in years. God people used to complain about the old team, these new guys are absolute ****, why he got most of them I really don't know, they are slow, they can't shoot, they can't play scottish football, we are a joke, when will Mark realise you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. We should have just kept some of the old ones and put on some of our youngsters they couldn't be worse than these clowns. All those SPL managers in the stands they must have been laughing and Celtic will be too, awful performance. Years gone by two draws already, that's not on, and soon if this continues people will asking the manager to get to ****, if we get hammered in OF, i think a few people will be telling Warburton what to do with his magic hat, gutted

  16. I couldn't see this posted anywhere. I literally couldn't believe what I was reading from a 'journalist', utter hatred and nonsense. He contridicts himself a number of times first admitting it was thousands of H fans but then says minority. I have highlighted the worst parts in red and my own comment in blue. 1 day ago Matthew Lindsay Chief Football Writer THE physical attacks on Rangers players and staff by Hibernian supporters at the end of the William Hill Scottish Cup final at Hampden back in May were horrifying, terrifying and without precedent in this country. Within seconds of the final whistle being blown, they were surrounded by hundreds, if not thousands, of opposition fans. Their path from the field was blocked off and you feared for their wellbeing. It was nothing short of a miracle that none of them were seriously harmed in the violent scuffles which ensued. The abuse of Rangers followers by their Hibs counterparts – many of whom made their way to the other half of the stadium with the specific intention of goading their rivals – was also alarming. It was little wonder that those seated in the disabled sections felt particularly threatened by such blatant aggression. So it is to be hoped that, now the findings of the independent inquiry into the scenes which occurred have finally been published over two months on, the Easter Road club is punished, and punished severely, for the abhorrent conduct of a minority of their supporters. An example must be made of them. A very clear message must be sent out that such actions are completely unacceptable. It must be driven home in no uncertain terms that this behaviour will not be tolerated in future and will have the most serious repercussions if it does. That is what should now happen. In his comments contained in the email which released the independent commission report on Friday evening, Stewart Regan, the SFA chief executive, stressed that “the compliance officer will now proceed with the investigation into the cup final from the perspective of the judicial panel protocol”. The panel, which is comprised, according to the governing body, of volunteers from “across the spectrum of sport and business in Scotland”, has a wide range of possible sanctions against Hibernian available to it. They are now free to take disciplinary action against the capital club without prejudicing the investigation that was conducted by Sheriff Principal Bowen. They should take every possible measure open to them for the benefit of our national game. But Rangers, too, should be reprimanded for the significant role their supporters played in the disgraceful events which marred the end of what had up until that point been a classic Scottish Cup final. The Ibrox club appears to be suffering from a serious bout of selective amnesia about what took place in Mount Florida on Saturday, May 21. In a statement released on their official website Friday night they expressed hope the SFA would “remember vividly what actually occurred” and added that “Hibernian fans were allowed to invade the field of play and attack Rangers players and staff, who were offered little protection”. That was fair enough. But only in as far as it went. What Rangers omitted to mention themselves, and not for the first time either, is that their own fans also engaged in some truly horrifying acts of brutality. During the course of the game there were also incidences of sectarian singing and flares were set off. As Edward Bowen QC wrote: “When the pitch invasion occurred the overwhelming majority of Rangers supporters behaved properly and many simply left the stadium. A small number allowed themselves to be taunted by the Hibs fans to the point of invading the pitch for the purpose of physical confrontation.” Please, spare me this utter drivel about these brave warriors taking to the field with the intention of gallantly protecting the players. Their team had long before left the field when they willingly became involved in the unrest. The likes of Wes Foderingham, Andy Halliday, Kenny Miller and Lee Wallace were nowhere to be seen. (THIS IS NOT TRUE) The provocation they experienced, while extreme, was no excuse, none whatsoever, for the acts of barbarism they engaged in. I, along with many others inside the stadium, was genuinely concerned for the safety of those they set about. Custodial sentences may well be forthcoming against the individuals involved. So should sporting penalties against the club. David Martin, Rangers head of security, has written letters to all of those fans arrested at the cup final informing them they have brought the Ibrox club into disrepute and are banned from attending both home and away matches. They have also been told their season tickets will be forfeited and no compensation paid. That hardline stance should be warmly applauded. But it will not absolve the Ladbrokes Premiership club from further censure from the judicial panel. Nor should it. Rule 28 of the competition rules clearly states, unlike in the senior leagues in Scotland, that “clubs are responsible for the behaviour of their players, officials, members and supporters”. Rangers will, then, have to accept whatever retribution is meted out to them. They can have little cause to complain when it is.
  17. Great videos still shocking how empty it was on the Motherwell side when so many Gers wanted tickets and couldn't get them
  18. Lol exactly well said. But sadly that's ah the fickle nature of a football fans, pretty sad, last season everyone praising him and him scoring some cracking goals, first game back and he's past it and should sit on the bench, GTF!! Kenny has been an amazing stalwart for this club give him a break.
  19. What was going on there? Were people simply trying to leave? i am sorry this looks terrible and the level of policing looked ridiculous. This was at a small ground. What is going to happen at larger ones? There is all this talk about the 'first' old firm but we've had two at the national and there was minimal issues. It's ridiculous that Motherwell put barriers it was their OWN support that ran on to the pitch antagonising the Rangers support. We have no interest in childish pitch invasions if we did, the whole place would have gone over at the Celtic cup game at Hampden, incredible feeling to beat them while we were in the championship, never forget it and no one thought "...lets on the pitch.." Why would we? As someone who saw close up at Hampden the few people who did go onto the pitch at the Hibs it was with extreme I mean extreme provocation. Those hibs fans ran the length of the pitch and attempted to enter our stands that not celebratory it's disgusting and so many women and children were scared and the men heartbroken by the result and disgusted by this behaviour couldn't take it anymore. I don't condone violence but in that moment seeing the hurt, not anger, the hurt in like 60 year old men's eyes, had they not prevented it until the police actually stepped in, I dread to think if no one had done anything it could have been awful and would it take that for people to appreciate the severity of the situation. Any other club Scotland or England that would have been Sky Sports News, saying "...we have a serious incident going on at Hampden terrifying scenes and players are being attacked it's despicable.." But I nstead the many many cameras are pulled away (where's the footage of Hibs there was thousands on that park) and it's described as 'exuberant fans celebrating. No bill for the damage for Hibs, No removal of the trophy, fans allowed to simply climb back into the stands over the wrecked parts of hampden they'd just created and watch their team get the trophy as our players get their medals in the dressing room after being assaulted, disgusting, I still can't believe it and then next day Hibs have a ****** victory parade, is this the twilight zone? I'm really disappointed that the club haven't continued to pus this, the first few stadiums I thought finally our fans are being protected and that happening to the players not tolerated yet nothing since. We are paying a lot of money to go to games, if they can't assure our fans security and not to be treated like animals, it's always been the same for Rangers fan but the last few months have been pretty heartbreaking and to hear people be treated so badly at Motherwell for nothing, no reason, awful. It's only the beginning of the bad treatment of our fans this season, our fans have been exceptional home and away for the last few years so why treat us like this?
  20. They said it on the game there was 4500 Gers fans and a total attendance of around 6900 so leaves under 3000 Motherwell fans, pretty sad, thought they wanted more money from the Rangers why didn't they sell all those empty seats there.
  21. I posted that in the Motherwell thread sadly (as Motherwell didn't want money so didn't sell all those empty seats) couldn't be at game but saw on tv (I'm sure much worse there) There was like two stewards per whole Motherwell section but on the south stand there's tons and tons of stewards right up in the stands and up the stairs beside the Gers fans, and you could see the barriers, I mean FFS, we weren't the ones who went on the pitch.
