Apparently the board (specifically Paul Murray's name mentioned) are involved in talks regarding pretty significant investment from the far east. Heard it from a couple of bears in the last few weeks. Could all just be wishfull thinking! And also thinking about it now are we not tied with regard to investment due to the ongoing Ashley issues? Need to be carefull here, drifting towards boardroom section stuff!!

The next appointment could depend on the rumoured investment from the far east thats being doing the rounds for a few weeks.

I Remember Sir Walter would always talk about how he could tell if a potential signing would have what it takes to play for us. Warburton only seems to want to sign players who are 'good lads' which seems to mean head knodders who will buy into his wishy washy pish!! God do we need leaders on and off the park, Wallace is a decent player but he's never a captain/leader.
