Sincerest condolences to his family and friends on this sad occasion. Another one of a great side sadly gone .... he was probably one of the most consistently good players of that time ... and especially so due to teams not having the luxury of today's rotation system .... they made them tough back then and he was like a Singer sewing machine ... never ending till the final whistle had blown. 🇬🇧

He's definitely on a roll ... and deserves all the credit for turning it around and proving he has what it takes to be playing for our Club. Another fine display last night and again my MOTM .... although Dessers did deserve the sponsors MOTM for his fine finishing. 🇬🇧

I was one of the .... GHTF ... guys ... but I have to admit credit where credit is due. So ....Well done Cyriel ... Well done son ... would have been made up for him if he had got his hat trick last night .. but that will come hopefully. All said and done a big improvement and two well taken goals under pressure .... but in all honesty he can still frustrate at times ... hopefully that too will come right. 🇬🇧

So glad for him being back in the team and showing his skills again. With proper game time management ... (which the Gaffer has proved to be expert in) ... Tom should get the minutes he needs to get to prime fitness and a better than average chance of avoiding any serious injuries and that should see him giving the squad more depth. 🇬🇧

He just seems to take it all in his stride with a no nonsense attitude ... and even a wry smile when he was booked is a sign of someone willing to take whatever comes his way with no complaints. We have definitely got a winner ...(one game at a time) ... manager whose attitude is being instilled into the players and last night was all down to his relentless frame of mind coming to life on the playing field. It was a good win and a great team performance and we were unlucky not to have scored many more .... and this was not for the want of trying and their goalkeeper was on his toes and their MOTM last night. All looking good. 🇬🇧

I will just be happy that we win" Definitely very focussed .... with no need to gloss things over ... very encouraging how he stays in the moment and remains one game at a time. The team being of the same attitude is also encouraging ... can't but be happy knowing we are in good hands with this Gaffer ... all very promising now. 🇬🇧

Very emotional for him there .... players like him are indeed a rare species .... hope he gets into management as he still has so much to offer ... he will be remembered as a true legend as a player by us all. Just hope that when he got the standing ovation that wee Kemar Roofe never picked up another injury when he stood up .... 😛 🇬🇧

He pulled some fine saves off last night ... another great goalkeeper in the making to add to our collection of fine keepers. 🇬🇧

Every one of our goals were superb ... and all three players deserved them for three different reasons ... this should boost the whole teams confidence no end. RY's was a particularly sweet finish and I hope he ends up staying with us ... this was one of his best all round games for us too. 🇬🇧
