Great from both Mark and Tav, love how MW has throughout his interviews, never deviated from 'I'm only interested about what Rangers are doing' e.g. "It's about no one else it's just about Rangers". WATP

My understanding of the Rangers way was to plan, executive then announce. This applied to all activities associated with the Club, wether it was a transfer or significant Club business. W & W are applying this, why can't others, it's not difficult!
