mitre_mouldmaster 21,509
Interesting. I wonder if one of the big streaming sites like Netflix or Amazon will branch out and sub licence from Eleven. I know there have been rumours about them trying to get into the sports sector.

SuperPapac05 3,383
As long as they've still got the Dutch League
King Jela 20,361
Can’t believe I’ll miss Barcelona winning the league again next season. Gutted.
SheriffHood 536
I was talking to a boy who works with Sky and he reckons Amazon will be taking over in football in future. I can't remember if he said champions league or the Epl or both. Can see it happening though
Copland bear 7,966
That's both that and the champions league lost now.
Terry Hurlock Loyal 12,133
Sky are on a downward spiral now in terms of TV, they will be shifting their business to internet and mobile phone providers. It'll be the same with BT soon enough, Amazon and Netflix (when they open up a sports network) will be the future - meaning many more several billion pound deals for the top leagues, whilst the game dies throughout backwater leagues in Europe. Perhaps, they will demand a proper European or World league to attract TV audience in the US.
