I'd say need at least 5 years consistent large waiting list before even contemplating assessing it. And even then would be better to look towards the longer term financing of new stands/complete new stadium. Folk would do well to forget any talk of stadium capacity increase. In reality when we win the league a couple of years in a row the waiting list will probably get smaller.
