You should really read what it says before commenting "one of them should be at Murray Park when the development games are played on a Sunday." Under 20 games are not development league games, they are basically the reserve team with four over age players allowed and if they didn't turn for them we really would be in trouble. Development League games are for four age groups with two at home every Sunday. Is it really too much to expect one of the three coaches to spend 2 hours at Murray park each week ?

Yes this is certainly a positive, but how many people actually know what it means ? It has got nothing to do with how well the academy does in scouting or developing players. It is a confirmation that all the facilities and resources are in place that are needed to achieve six star status. Charlie signed a one year deal last summer, so is out of contract again at the end of the season. The other player that turned down a new contract last summer was Stuart Urquhart who is now at Coventry City. We had two youngsters on the bench last week, with seven subs I think two should be on the bench every week and the opportunity to let them gain experience be taken in games we have won comfortably.
