I thought my mate was winding me up when he jsut told me the Khan news. I would miss the fight anyway as I am going to see Peter Kay on Sat night. Apparetnly there were only 50 PPV buys confirmed up until the weekend which is shockingm, I would have paid for it until I found out the undercard has been decimated. Tyson Fury v Hasim Rahman is off as is MAtthew Macklin's fight. It is going to be shite value for £15. Khan just chasing the few extra grand with primetime will hurt him in the future, tbh a fight against McCloskey was never PPV worthy anyway, Khan thinks he is big time when really has only fought Maidana who on sat showed that maybe he aint as great as people think. not taking anything away from Morales (in my favourite 3 fighters of all time) but he is past his best and Maidana looked clueless against a technical boxer who was not afraid of his power. He should have took a hit on the show, sold out the arena, get a couple hundred thousand people watching on sat night on sky, in houses and in all the pubs and if he puts on a show then he would get probably triple the subscribers for a big summer fight against Bradley. He didn't start off great Kerrzo but by the time laryea quit he was being totally outclassed and punched at willand the stoppage was on its way anyway imo. He took a while to get used to the awkward style and he did lead with his head a lot as well. An awkward fighter and Burns showed he was a levelabove him.
