You can buy booze from 10am seven days a week now in off licenses ( started in September i think, to fall in line with the rest of the country ) I wonder is this also applies to pubs. No, the pub licensing is different. They are not allowed to serve drink until 12:30. You are right that off-licenses are allowed to sell at 10am though. But i wouldn't advise doing that anywhere near Ibrox because the cops are always on foot patrol and if you are caught drinking in the street you will be fined.

I think Wayne's decision is the best thing for England. If he were to make the World Cup squad the build-up to the tournament would be completely overshadowed by the media inevitable reporting on him and Terry.
