  1. Bus time for the big one added. We are running two buses on Sunday so non-members are more than welcome.
  2. what's the chances of beeing able to squeeze in with you guys for this game ? hate my seat for atmosphere aye same would love to be over beside TBO or UB for this game , ClubDeck is just no good at all the guy behind me tapped my shoulder to get me to sit down at the last OF game and that was just after we had scored Our section is always packed on OF day, so squeezing in isn't an option. But you need to get behind the team no matter where you are sitting, don't be afraid to show your support.
  3. It is all down to you guys. All one talking about it on a forum but actually singing your hearts out inside Ibrox is a different matter. I hope i am wrong but i can see it being similar to the last OF game at Ibrox where i felt the atmosphere was poor.
  4. Free publicity for the RST. Cameron is an absolute cocksocket though, no doubt about that. Last night was about honouring our stars of the past, not having a dig at a very, very small section of our support
  5. Avoid the Stadium Bar at all costs, you would be funding Republican scum. Last year when a Republican Parade went past the area the entire pub emptied to support it. As for the WRC, i don't think it is members only. If you get there early enough and are staying to watch the game then there shouldn't be a problem. I don't recommend it for anyone going to the game for a pre-match drink though, the abuse you will suffer as you leave is not worth it. After the game there is no better place to be though.
  6. 30/31 of March is the next available midweek date for the game to be played.
  7. From the Daily Rhebel, wonder how accurate the source is. http://www.<No links to this website>/2010/02/22/rangers-keeper-allan-mcgregor-battered-in-attack-after-attending-party-for-celtic-player-86908-22060809/ Well said Walter Smith.
  8. 12:05, deary me. Back in the pub before the 3pm games kick off.
  9. Only positive comments on this thread from this point, otherwise say nothing at all. I cannot believe i am even having to say this in a thread dedicated to a fantastic achievement on behalf of one of our Founders, the Rangers support astounds me more every day. For William's sake, leave it out.
  10. Why don't we get a table of RM'ers going and I'll make sure you get a good table ;o) Sounds good to me. Who's with me and Papguy then?
  11. There was a time when Bitter would try and hide his love for Ra Sellick and try to be the impartial radio host. But nowadays, after being exposed as being your typical tim, he doesn't even try and disguise his deluded oppinions. I like it better that way. It gives us something to laugh at.
  12. If Walter goes it will be Ally who takes over (presuming he accepts) because there are very few managers of Rangers standard who will take a job where there is pretty much no money to invest in player transfers. I, for one, would be delighted if Walter signed a new contract and am astonished there are fans who think otherwise. Only once he is gone and we find ourselves with a far inferior replacement will they see the error in their views.
  13. A very enjoyable night. Apart from the usual jobsworth stewards there were no problems at all. It is always nice to see the groups standing together, it is a shame that the club would not allow this more often. Maybe then we would have a better chance of getting more people to join in with the singing.
  14. Have we cleared the debt already?! I got my numbers back to front. Schoolboy error.
  15. Ah, some expected good news at last. A £13 million profit is a very good achievement and just shows what workin on a budget and having a plan in place can achieve. A big difference to the sporadic spending of the Murray Era. With the Champions League money to come next season it could mean we have some funds to play with in the summer as well as being able to fend off bids for our star players. Could this possibly persuade Walter to sign a new contract? This also will have an impact on any potential buyer. Because of the club making a big profit the share prices will inevitably rise. I'm not sure if this means that Murray/Lloyds will now demand a higher bid for the controlling stake in the club but i feel that anyone who was looking to buy the club relatively cheap has missed the boat.
  16. I see only a personal attack on this website and a member of the site , maybe i am "missing" the info There is no info, and Barry221 didn't write that article.
  17. Are you aware that the meeting was also attended by a few of the most influencial and respected Rangers fans around? Do you think they would be willing to have their string pulled? Then shame on them just as much so. Who are they to go behind supporters backs who seek clarity ? How did they go behind the supporters' back? The support have been told what was said.
  18. They got the answers. Contacts posted exactly what Muir said at the meeting, it just isn't what certain people wanted to hear. Like i say, the protest was looking for answers but i believe those answers were already in the public domain. The AGM and the Assembly meeting ensured this. I think many fans are just unwilling to trust anything official from the club anymore after years of lies from Murray. I can understand that but to slate good Rangers men for taking Muir at face value and taking the chance to quiz him is wrong. So these answers were better off said to an influential figure on one site where an olive branch was being extended instead of the Rangers support as a whole ? I'm no Einstein but I aint buttoned up the back either... the whole thing stinks to the high heavens to me. As for what Contacts has to say about the meeting, to be quite Frank with you, I honestly will not believe a word of it. there's nothing that Muir could have said to Contacts in private that he couldn't have said in public if what was talked about is the case. Any public announcement or statement from Rangers comes through the Chief Exec or the Chairman, not individual Directors. And the same things which Muir said in this meeting has been said repeatedly by the aforementioned people. Therefore he has made this information public.

  20. How do you know that? Because the club have no reason to lie to the supporters over this. They have repeatedly told us the same thing since the AGM, the official line hasn't changed once. What i do know is i'd sooner believe Martin Bain and Alistair Johnson than some faceless consortium drip-feeding information to the media and in-the-know internet posters.
