I think we should have a 1st team squad of about 22/23 players with youth players such as Furman, Fleck, Shinnie, McMillan, Emslie, Efram etc. coming in when needed. I think Scotland should follow the Spanish system where you are only allowed 25 1st team players and only under age players (under 23 in Spain registered in B and C teams) are allowed to be brought in when needed although in Scotland I would lower this age to under 21. This would force managers like Smith to give young players a chance. I think this system would be better than the current under 21 rule we have at the moment since our under 21 players never get a chance.

Yeah! but these guys you just mentioned,all have a few more plusses to their over-all game. I think Fletcher from Hibs has the ability to be a player like those mentioned above, he has the mobility, technique, link-up play and the ability to score different types of goals, if we got offered a decent bid (3M+) for Boyd i'd sell. Fletcher would easily score 25+ goals for us a season.

I went 4-3-3, because i think the wide players that we have are suited to playing further forward and i dont want to see central midfielders forced into playing wide in a 4-4-2. The best we played last season was when we played this way with Burke, Cousin and Naismith up front. This season I would like to see Lafferty through the middle with any of Beasley, Novo, Miller, Aaron, Fleck (Naismith and Burke when back from injury) out wide. My team would be, ---------------------McGregor----------------------- Whitaker-----Bougherra-----New CB--------Papac -----------Davis------Mendes-----Thomson-------- --------Aaron------Lafferty--------Beasley--------- Would get rid of G. Smith, Dailly, Weir, McCulloch, Hemdani, Gow, JCD, Cousin, Broadfoot, Boyd, Velicka, Miller. Would loan out Webster for half a season, I think he would do well alongside Bougherra but only if he can stay fit during his loan and play 20 odd games if not get rid. Keep Adam because i think three in midfield formation would suit him but if he does'nt impress get rid at end of season. Finally i would bring in Fletcher from Hibs to replace the forwards we get rid of, I think he would be the ideal central striker in this formation he can do everthing Boyd can do plus he can link up play with the midfield, Jump and has great mobility.

Barcelona and with the game being biased towards english sides you eventually get beat by man u or chelsea in the quarters or semi unless you manage to avoid them, if you get them in the final it seems to be easier to beat them in a one off game

Had every other keeper play for me except Cech and thats how much it cost to get him, also i was gettin pissed at Chelsea beating me in the champions league and i beat them the next season easily when he was out of their team

Dont get to see the Milk Cup games live due to work, usually watch the highlights on tv, but my work does usually host some of the Foyle Cup matches so do get to see some of these. Hope to see the Aspire Acadamy team this year, they are spending a fortune recruiting players in these arab acadamies so hopefully they have a few interesting players to watch.

The Foyle Cup which is on just before the Milk Cup is another good competition for scouting emerging players not as diverse as the milk cup but fewer professional teams in the competition, so easier to recruit players as many will not be attached to pro clubs unlike most who participate in the Milk Cup. A few Irish league teams and Eircom league teams are there, as well as Hearts, Hull, Sheffield Utd, Ferencvaros and Montpellier, there is also the Aspire Acadamy from Qatar, a team from Ghana and a couple of sides from Canada. The young Hearts striker Gary Glen who scored a couple goals in the SPL this season played in it a couple of years ago.

he becomes a fecking demon The pity is i have Kallstrom in his position and he was my best player last season so cant give him a regular game. Torje, Kirov and Kjaer also become awesome. Am buying S. Jovetic (partizan) and K.Papadopolous (olympiacos) for next season had Papadopolous for rangers in a game and he was amazing at 18 but never signed Jovetic before if anybody has let me know if hes any good and where best to play him in 4-4-2
