  1. You would indeed... But so many on here think he is the best thing since sliced bread
  2. What are you doing on a Rangers forum then ya big glory hunter??
  3. He was rubbish today. He didn't contribute anything. If anyone thinks otherwise then please point out what he did! His highlight was probably the pass he tried to make down the line, but ended up smacking it out for a goal kick and everyone else stood there wandering what on earth he was up to
  4. He went back to his old self. A waste of a jersey.
  5. I'd have given you any odds you wanted for that! No way will be top scorer this season!
  6. One man's ambitious fan is another man's wanker. I understand your sentiment here, but if you take a step back and think about what would be the best option possible for the club, appointing a brand new inexperienced manager was not the decision that should have been made. Arguably, he got the job because of his experience here as a player, not his management prowess. That inherently makes the decision wrong and far too risky for a club that demands success.
  7. He is doing well domestically, but that's not to say that there is no room for improvement. Arguably a more experienced and tactically aware manager would have got us through to European competition beyond August. Striving for excellence in every degree means that Rangers football club should employ the best possible individuals to gain success. McCoist, at this stage in his managerial career, is not the pinnacle of all managers available to Rangers, so ambitious fans were rightly upset and bemused by his appointment.
  8. Very much agree. The weakest player in our midfield when we have possession though. Would much prefer Bartley, Ness or Hutton sitting along side Davis. Saying that, his break up play on Sunday was good. Cover a lot of ground and stalled/stopped a good proportion of their attacks
  9. Lets hope it's an ill-informed English journo that was wanting to play on the "Ger" part of the word.
  10. Lafferty is beyond rubbish. He is an embarrassment to Rangers Football Club and is only liked by supporters because he is from NI.
  11. Doesn't this prove that McCoist is not ready yet. ...Hate to say I told you so.
  12. Well you need to get yourself to some games if you think Lafferty is a good player, never mind good enough for Rangers
  13. You genuinely think that Lafferty is skilful? You seriously think he is good enough to play for Rangers?
  14. Much better than Lafferty. McFadden actually has a first touch... and can cross a ball... and has an eye for goal... and can play a pass. Whereas that cart-horse that is apparently worth over £3m couldn't lace his boots!
  15. Unfortunately it is 100% true.
  16. Lafferty. An embarrassment to professional football. Fleck. Tons of fanboys on here and else where, but he has done nothing. Ally Maxwell. The fact that someone thought he was good enough for Rangers suggests he was overrated.
  17. I'd definitely play McFadden before Lafferty and Healy. He has a good football brain, great first touch and an eye for goal. Jelavic would be a great strike partner for him. The big issue is if he could stay fit for a whole season.
  18. Should be in the team for next week then
  19. Par 8 reads: "Rangers remain heavily in debt and face a season without the financial rewards from either the Champions League, having earlier been defeated by Malmo, or the Europa League." We are both in debt and out of Europe... no?
  20. That's a step in the right direction There are a few more I would add to that list as well
  21. I can't believe anyone can be happy with Lafferty He has a cheek to call himself a professional footballer! Did you not watch him squander chance after chance against Maribor? His first touch was elephant-esque and his composure in front of goal was dire. He scores a good goal now and again and it seems to be enough to keep him in the team for 6 weeks. Horrendous player. A genuine embarrassment to Rangers Football Club.
  22. Goian and Bocanegra. With Bartley sitting in front of the back four. If Bocanegra turns out to be a bombscare then shift Bartley back
