Was that not just for one game at Hateley's request? Hateley reckoned he could extend his playing career by playing at the back. It worked out terribly and we lost 2-1 away to Kilmarnock. The League was well won by that point anyway. As for McCulloch at the back....

no from miracle then... He's got my vote.. to an extent. he wont have my full support until he can demonstrate that he is for the jersey. Actually I think he's been one of our best players. A goal in front of a home crowd will help his case with the doubters though. With regards to Miller playing for the jersey; does anyone know where his allegiances actually lie? Seeing as he's from Edinburgh I doubt he feels strongly towards either side of the Old Firm which is probably why he's been happy enough to flit back and forth between the two, though I could be wrong... All that said, his determination, grit, work ethic and strength of character tell me there's a Ranger in there somewhere!

McGregor has proven himself to be an excellent keeper, but his brains are scrambled from too much poon. Alexander on the other hand seems like a decent level-headed sort of guy and fully deserves his chance at this moment in time.

He's been patchy throughout his career, but if he keeps up this level of play I'll be more than happy. Hats off to him for his strength of character and determination.

Any player who'd go to the scum over the Rangers is obviously mentally deficient and lacking in moral fibre. Would have taken him at the time though.
