Cue the subs and a change of shape.

Need to come out and have right go at them. At the moment we are going out with a whimper. I get they are a good side but if we remain with the same tactics they're second is inevitable. Which will be followed by us changing shape and making subs.

I like Matondo but he needs to develop more into his game than running really fast in a straight line.

Don't need to be gung ho, but if we maintain the current tactics we're out because we ain't scoring from our own half.

Apart from the first five our tactics have been poor. Not once have we pushed into their half and given them something to think about. Each time we have possession it's 30 yards from our own goal and when it breaks down we are immediately in danger. Last week we went long quite a lot to Dessers tonight we are trying to pass out from the back.

That's been coming for about 15 minutes far to deep and allowing them wave after wave of attack.

Lundstram for Jack is the only question for me. Always feel Jack tracks runners and breaks up play better than Lundstram.

This could work if there were an option to recall in January.

Stronger starting 11 than I expected. Fully expected 4 or 5 changes from midweek. Roofe starting with Dessers will be interesting.

Probably a fair score but losing a goal to a set piece is disappointing. We finished the stronger side and showed there's a mistake in them when pressed.

That was a real tuff 45 to eek out one genuine chance. They are a good side, move ball quickly and always have a man spare to receive the ball. Massive second half coming.

Pretty much on the back foot since kick off. Any time it has went forward Sima has given up possession.

If we were going one up front I would have preferred to see Danilo. Think tonight will require good mobility and linking middle to front. Sima coming is strange one when Matondo has finally began to show some promise. Rest of the team is more of what was expected.

Would prefer to see him stay and keep pressure on those on front of him. Came on yesterday and showed good quality when on the ball. If guys like Lammers, Sima and Dowell don't start to influence games then Hagi or others can only be ignored for so long. It's called competition for places, something we have missed for a longtime. The same competition for places will exist at any club he goes to.

No idea what his position is meant to be, not sure he even knows what his game instructions are. Bit of an enigma at the moment doest really fit in, never seems to be on the move when receiving the ball, to often he is static and his second touch is a tackle. On today's evidence I would have Hagi in before him.

Genuinely thought we had signed a player with a point to prove. But he already looks like he's not up for it at all.

The subs when we were behind should have been in the starting 11 and yes they made a difference. But at a stage when we were dominant he takes Matondo off for Devine and we end up losing a bit of momentum. But i am not just talking about today but overall, since taking over.

I honestly don't think Beale knows what he's doing at the moment. Far to many times he has picked a strange looking starting 11 or made puzzling subs during games.

Another worrying performance. Overall inept in front of goal and defensively wide open to long hopeful balls into the heart of our defence. Twice failed to clear long throws into the box and found ourselves defending second balls in the 18 yard box during the game and right up to the final whistle. Nowhere near good enough. Beale for me is getting close to being on borrowed time especially if we take a proper going over from PSV.

Hats of to Dessers he's had a bit of a howler today but is brave enough to step up for the pen.

Shocking performance again. No changes at halftime and started the second as clueless as we ended the first. Waits until they score and now he wants to make changes. Laughable management of the team
