Problem having Dessers up front. Due to being a target too hit he encourages midfielders to take the easy option and go long instead of trying to build play through the midfield. But we don't have the money to back projects and need a proper seasoned manager in charge very quickly to get the best out of the players already in place. I don't think they are bad players but he seems to have very little idea of how he wants them to play.
