    Was at the range this morning and was swinging brilliant. PW 130 and every iron 15 yards longer roughly till I get to 5 canny hit it at all. Really wish it correlated on the course though cos would be playing irons off the tee a lot more. 

    Also hit 5 wood longer than ma driver so need to look at that. Fucking love that cobra speedzone 5 wood favourite club I've ever had.

    There were some positives for me. Raskin, Cantwell, Souttar+Goldson, glimpses from Lammers. Danilo and Dessers don't look match fit yet imo. Barisic had a good game tbh but Tavernier was absolutely honking again, it's a struggle to have a decent phase of passing if Tavernier is involved alot of times it seems like he just hits it and hope it reaches a team mate. 

    On the downside yet to see a clear identity in the style of playing and some of the managers decisions are quite baffling.

    I've been playing for over a year now and probably only broke 100 twice though I haven't recorded a round in a while. Want to focus on playing hole to hole and if I get some pars and a birdie or two from a round I'm happy. When a feel more consistent I'll start recording again. 

    My mate has been playing for years and keeps score every single round but if he starts poorly (which he invariably does) hed a moany negative bastard that his rounds fucked and is miserable to play with.

    98 in poor conditions for a new player is unreal.
