  1. 16/17 year olds shouldn't be thrown in at Ibrox if they aren't ready, only really exceptionally developed talents can do that. With McMillan, I find it a strange one. I've always liked him, but there must be reason why 3 managers have never fancied him. Also keep in mind he's just moved to Dunfermline, so that probably says a lot. With some players, such as Shinnie, Adam etc what these guys needed was to play football in a less pressure filled atmosphere. They have done this and flourished, it just couldn't have happened at Rangers. I think we have learned our lesson to a degree, hence the Fleck loan to Blackpool.
  2. Never saw it, but if we make a big deal of it on the phone ins etc then there is more chance of it being viewed by Vincent Lunny.
  3. Completely agree. Hate this planned chanting, whatever happened to just being in the moment, supporting the team and singing when it comes natural. Hate the lack of atmosphere at Ibrox these days, the amount of fans that just sit on their hands in unbelievable. Although the shit quality for football probably contributes.
  4. Was listening to talksport and Neil Warnick said he had Jelavic watched three times and was "absolutely dreadful". Have to agree with him, over the last 2/3 months his form hasn't been good, and his transfer value reflected that.
  5. I wouldn't until I know for sure that the owner isn't just pocketing it, or has someone self serving moneymaking scheme. Season ticket and merchandise money is enough from me for now.
  6. I'd say in the context they use it, yes it is. We can try and take the dignified approach and only deal with our club, or drop to their level and go 'tit for tat' with complaints if we want to see them punished. I personally don't find it offensive, and won't be showing any 'faux outrage', but I'd support others complaining/reporting to every possible source if they did. On a side note, did the SFA not already exonerate Celtic for this earlier in the season as they felt the club could not have taken any further steps to prevent it, similar to what happened with us?
  7. Why would they have those in OUR training ground? What is your source?
  8. It's not funny to us because we are the ones being laughed at, other fans maybe think its great. Pointing out our negatives doesn't nessecarily means its 'vicious hatred'. I don't see why everyone is getting worked up about it? Tam Cowan is an unfunny fat wanker, the DR is a dreadful excuses for a newspaper and even discussing pish like this is giving them what they want - a reaction.
  9. Is the 'fury' from the Celtic board not more likely to be about Alan Thompson being an alcoholic and turning up for training half cut again?
  10. Guy hasn't left the treatment table, never mind the club. Wish he could get fit, looked a real prospect.
  11. Given Ally's fuck ups in the summer transfer window, I'd be reluctant to give him funds. I actually think he will be axed by Whyte by the end of the season. If CW has written this season off, and wants his own man in for the summer, why would you give Ally any funds?
  12. We are set up nicely for a 4-2-3-1 system, but with Laff out and Hemmings out also, if Healy is injured what do we do? Is there anyone in the u19s? Mervan or Aluko up front? Jig? :-( its a worrying thought.
  13. What defines 'reasonable inteligence' exactly? Being in the blind faith loyal? He has said things that for whatever reason, he hasn't followed through on. Hence my lack of trust.
  14. By implication, calling it 'sensationalist shite that I don't read' should indicate that I don't trust the record, which I don't, or most other papers, bloggers or media outlets.
  15. No idea, he's never said. Do you have inside info or something?
  16. No. I've said it's sensationalist shite and that I dont read it throughout all my posts.
  17. Agreed CW didn't get us into it. Don't think he is honest with us about his ability to get us out. Completely agreed, the 'old regime' are responsible for the mess and are just sticking the knife in. Shocker - a paper prints a sensational story to get people to buy it.
  18. Ok. Good to finally get some kind of logical response. Is CW's response the only argument against? I think you will find that there are plenty bears who don't trust CW as far as we could throw him. And I already said I don't read the Record - also don't trust a word that come from CW.
  19. I am at it a bit. I know the Record is full of sensationalism and terrible journalism. I just hate us all jumping on the bandwagon of 'the world is against us' as soon as anything negative comes up - true or not.
  20. Yeh, because everything Craig Whyte says is the truth. He's got a great track record like that.
  21. I didn't demand anything, just asked the question and I'm being met with hostility and 'shifty eyes' - which we all know the implication of.
  22. Must be, funny no one has actually said what they are lying about? I apologise for having a mind of my own and wanting to consider facts, rather than just jumping on the bandwagon.
  23. I don't read it myself, because the quality of story/journalism is shite. All I asked was what they had lied about? I don't see why there is such hostility toward me for it?
