  1. All in the space of 1 day? FFS, some people on here actually live in a dream, don't they? Fu cking laughable nonsense.
  2. A few short weeks ago I was heaping derision on those who had no patience in the transfer window. I now think this has turned into one of the worst debacles I've ever seen at RFC, especially with the backdrop of the European disasters. I wasn't worried when Boyd went, or Miller went, or at any other transfer cock ups we've had to endure...but I'm sure as hell worried now.
  3. The transfer window is giving me a pane in the ar se.
  4. Good luck to him. He wasn't a favourite at Rangers but was a hero at Birmingham.
  5. It's amazing how the best contributors on there either left or were banned, one by one, while the place remains infested with tarriers.
  6. "If Mr Stewart was sitting in Parliament, he would be inclined to play football with the heads of the Irish obstructionists."
  7. My goodness indeed. He even got it right up the lot of them when he was asked to help out his country.
  8. Could I point out that the comment about Caldow was heavily laden with sarcasm. I also said that Alan Hutton knocked spots off of Sandy Jardine. The comments were made in reply to someone who thought Gazza should make an all time Rangers XI on the back of his performance against Aberdeen, and who suggested I'd never seen Gazza play because I didn't agree with this.
  9. Speaking for myself....utter dross. Get your facts right, then go forward from there. What an enbarrassment to RM. I can stand up to any scrutiny on here, and can prove it...so stop the idiotic accusations please.
  10. Hateley was blamed for McCoist being left out of the team. The official line was that Johnston was the one keeping him out of the team. A bit unfair on Johnston to be fair, but fu ck that cu nt.
  11. We got the perpetual mantra that Hateley wasn't keeping Super out of the team, but that the other thing was. Even when Hateley did the business against the Sheep on the last day of the season, I had my doubts that he'd ever be accepted by the people. Football's a funny old game.
  12. People who moan about ticket prices need to have a good look at themselves.
  13. Out of interest, what did you expect as opposed to what you got?
  14. The same could be said of his partner. Some might ask, "which one"?
  15. Pisstake how? Add a few players to your list of non contributors, and we'll end up with SDoW winning 3IAR on his own. The players mentioned were the mainstays of 3IAR. If we can't give them credit for it, then who do we give it to? Mowbray and the Lurgan bigot for being thick monkeys? I'd rather not. I'd rather give it to the guys who played week in and week out, and overcame the odds to write themselves into Rangers folklore.
  16. Whittaker, Papac, Lafferty, Naisy, are all in there among others. Saving The Rangers from oblivion is not to be sniffed at, and neither is the rare event of getting to 3 or 4 in a row. If you don't get legendary status at Rangers for 3 titles on the trot, soon to be 4, and saving the club from going bust, how DO you earn it?
  17. First name on the teamsheet is number 14. You can add The Kaiser and Der Bomber to that, and you're quarter of the way there. Buffon in goals, and Thuram at right back, and we're getting there. Shoe horn in Puskas, Gento and Di Stefano, and we're almost complete.
  18. I already mentioned Baxter and MacMillan for starters. I'm not discounting Gazza altogether, but he's not a shoo in.
  19. Do you really want to make a case for Hutton being better than Jardine? That would be cool.
  20. I might have been there. I might also have seen players more deserving of being in an all time Rangers team before him. Unless Rangers were born when Sounness arrived, right enough.
