The Season Is, As Yet, In Its Infancy...
Colonel Mustard replied to effindelicious's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
It's drastically changed in the months since we won the League. We should not be going backwards, and the cause for it needs to be sorted sharpish...or your last prediction in the post will not come to pass. -
Mccoist Lauds Davis' `captain's Performance`
Colonel Mustard replied to disgruntled_bear's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
Seeing as how we are keeping the name Rangers, maybe we should play like the team called Rangers. I don't think that is too much expectation. -
Press Photgrapher At Ross Hall Right Now.

I couldn't get the passenger window down quickly enough to shout at him as I drove past. -
Mccoist Lauds Davis' `captain's Performance`
Colonel Mustard replied to disgruntled_bear's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
At least Davis doesn't hide. The fact that he got little help from anyone in the second half is worrying... ...and btw Ally. If we have players looking for guidance at half time, then you're supposed to be the one to do it. How about also guiding your foot up the ar ses of the coaching staff, and telling them to start coaching whatever your vision is, into our players. -
There's a press photographer standing at the entrance to Ross Hall (well there was at 5.15 pm). My missus thought that Brad Pitt might have stubbed his toe or something, but I live in hope that it's a new striker coming for a medical. Anyone heard anything about a possible arrival? (sorry for grasping at straws with a bit of speculation).

When Ally Used To Work As A Tv Pundit.
Colonel Mustard replied to Colonel Mustard's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
There is some truth in this. Our players seem to have no coaching at all, or some very bad coaching. If the team doesn't show some sign of direction pretty soon, then I think we should be looking at their jobs. When our players don't even know who is in charge of a set piece, then we have a real problem...apart from anything else. -

That's all very well, as long as you can tell me how St Mirren can pass the tarriers off the park, and the Sheep can pass us into oblivion in the second half of our game. You can point to the fact that both teams I mentioned got beaten, but it doesn't take away from the fact these two teams, who have FAR inferior players to Rangers, can pass a football like a real team... ...unlike us. -

Does it not say that TLRB's picture WAS used? -
Greegs is in fantastic form. However, it is an absolute nightmare that we are depending on him to keep us in games against the dross of the SPL. If Ally doesn't change our ways, we will come unstuck, and be playing catch up again against the tarriers.

When Ally Used To Work As A Tv Pundit.

I don't know how to break this to you, but we've been pumped out of Europe by 2 teams we shouldn't see in our road, and are playing like the players don't know what a football is. -

What dose that have to do with analysing a match? -
I used to listen to his half time analysis, and he'd be talking about some team having to do this and do that, and think he had a good understanding of the game and what was needed for a team to go forward in a match. After working with Walter for 5 years, I shudder to think what he is now telling our players at half time. He is either telling them a pile of keech, or they don't have a clue what he is talking about. Ally either needs to improve his communication to the players, or rethink his philosophy of how we should be playing...because his punditry made more sense than the dross that his players seem to think he wants.

It's a Godsend. Our injuries can get closer to clearing up, and maybe Ally can think about developing a system we can play to without looking like a team from the Juniors. Maybe Edu can also use the time to learn how to tackle a fish supper.

Have To Say I Feel A Little Sorry For Saf

Is he ill? -
It's a sign of how bad Edu usually is, that some people think that he did OK today.

If the fans didn't care, why would they turn up? How about the manager puts stick of dynamite up the ar se of the players, and gets them to bring us something to shout about.

Colonel Mustard replied to Ger for life's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
Nothing matters to me right now, more than Ally McCoist succeeding at Rangers. The stark facts are though, that he gives me no sign of hope whatsoever. We've managed to grind out a few SPL results, but the turgid, unimaginative, football that he has the team playing, is giving me nightmares. -
So, Is That The Chequebook Away Then?
Colonel Mustard replied to TheBloubellsAreBlouie's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
Is the transfer window not closed by then? I think it is. That's not to say there won't be players offered before then right enough. -

We can't afford any more signings now. It's up to the management team to get the best out of what we have until next year, and bring in 4IAR. It's disaster management for the rest of the season. -
If I was a tarrier, his tackling would have made me cum in my string pants...after I stopped laughing at how far away from a tackle he usually is.

Ally says everyone gave 100%, so what is the complaint?
-
You didn't see him hiding? Where was he at their goal? Where was he during Ally's masterplan to get in their faces early? Where was he during Ally's plan to play at a high tempo in the first half....or even the second half? Where was he when we needed our holding midfielder ripping into tackles to get control of midfield? In fact, where was he?
