  1. Your assuming they didn't. I would imagine administration would have been the final act after a fair bit of warnings and communication back n forth.
  2. I'd like to see that clarified. Do they mean no right of appeal to sanctions already levied, those yet to come or both. I can't see how we can legally be asked to give up the right of appeal to stuff we don't know yet. Paying the footie debts could hurt but would be an honourable thing to do and on keeping with Rangers pride.
  3. Totally agree. Grander and spelling are atrocious.
  4. And that would be a team good enough for mid table SPL. I'd take that in Div 1/3.
  5. He said both (mibees). At the weekend he said he would be at training on Thursday, however the current rumour is he's refusing to toupe over. So he's going. Or staying
  6. At least well have a keeper. Keep in mind many have been touting youth development as the way forward. With Jig to boot there aeses were sorted.
  7. The facts are not quite accurate. We went into admin and failed to get a CVA due to several months of alleged miss management by a man who is currently subject of a criminal investigation surrounding it. When has anyone on here said the club should not receive punishment? I'm your eyes what punishment will suit our 'crimes'. It would appear that you remain of the opinion we still have not been punished enough do what do you want? Our club dead and buried? Sporting integrity indeed.
  8. So basically you have no interest in our opinions. You've spouted all the pre played propaganda that means nothing. Whyte took us over when we owed 18mil which was reducing (slightly more than Aberdeen and slightly less than the Paeds owe today) The money paid out was to a legit smite scheme (note the money was paid out, it was not money we did not have) Corporate law means that directors can be held accountable for their own illegal actions. Show me one single club that has not Gone out of their way to prove their position. Do we deserve punished? Yes Should it be the other SPL clubs deciding how? No How much have we lost in revenues? Potentially £55 - 60 mil We still have to deal with the shame of our directors W still have to deal with constant vile hatred from other fans We still have to hear people screaming for the death of our club. Sporting integrity? Don't make me laugh. Sporting integrity would be the 10 Pts deduction (as the rules were) for admin, relegated to Div 3 as previous precedents and let the law deal with the rest. How is thee any integrity in arranging a vote to keep us in/remove us from the SPL. This vote is purely trying to look after the financial interests of the SPL & SFA (see what I mean about all clubs trying to maximise their interests) The hatred is vile and has nothing to do with sport. Do you blame anyone standing up and being counted in the face of that. Now I suggest you leave with your preconcieve ideas and concentrate on your own team and their problems. This is our problem and ours to deal with.
  9. That would mean having to pay their wages and oldco would be unable to.
  10. I'm sure there is something in the regulations that covers that very situation. I believe there would be further sanctions for making the SPL/SFA look stupid, although what has yet to be decided.
  11. We're no liquidated. No one had been liquidated. If HMRC want to go after Murray they kinda need a decision on this case.
  12. You know as much as he's still to earn trust the way things are shaping he's probably got the balls to see it happen.
  13. The fact so many have come out and said no suggests that something is going on in the background.
  14. Absolutely. Only thing I'm not certain of is the wage cap. We would still have to attract decent players. Unfortunately the way finances and TV rights are the likelihood is nights like Manchester 2008 will be few and far between. Think your spot on with the youth development and bringing on hidden gems from outwith. Obviously we need to look at maximising profits from these transaction. We will however still need some experienced players. Good post.
  15. Well at the moment his consortium has done more than anyone else. What you looking for him to do at the moment? Personally I rekon the priority is figuring out where we are playing so we know what we are dealing with sand can start the planning.

  17. Theres the potential for a sanction to be suspeneded. A suspended suspension if you like.
  18. Heard the rumour. Is there a credible source?
  19. Good statement appears very honest. Looks like Green is coming out to defend our position as well.
  20. Mibees think o yirself as more of a Public Service Announcement?
  21. Now to have Davie Weir back. that wid no be too shabby
  22. Is it no just they are due back from Hols to start the pre-season training and have been advised that by returning they are predjucing their case for refusing to TUPE over?
