Really? I think it’s the opposite. Most fans at the time on here and who I know in person including myself found it a bit distasteful, whatever anyone made of Gio. sitting in the directors box and kicking about the louden while an ex-player was under pressure to stay in the job he was linked with, never sat right with me and to be honest it’s something that’s probably said in the back of my head with him cause I think he just tries to be smart and savvy by playing to what he thinks the fans want but actually annoys a lot of us.

Defo. I always think back to that 2-3 week period. There’s no harm looking at someone’s career to date and forming an opinion, it doesn’t make it right or wrong. can’t have it both ways, we all got buzzing about Raskin and Yilmaz for instance because their pedigree without ever really seeing them play, luckily with the former the predictions seem to be right

The damage is done mate. Whether the gap closes by 3/4 points or increases. It won’t impact anything about next season. Sometimes the shouts to play the youth in these instances are just through anger etc but in this case we really should, dead rubbers, gives people a run & chance and sends a message to the imposters that feature week in week out.

There was a stat during the game that Jota and kyogo have scored 8 in the last 4 games for them against us while in 44 games Kent and Morelos have 6 between them. That just about tells everything about our forward line.
