  1. some of the shite supposed fans were posting on the Miller Industries facebook page was nothing less than deplorable - too many are listening to the fat controller 'Dimball' has cost us dear and some of these 'fans' should be ashamed of themselves. There are supposedly 3 new bids now on the table and none of them are TBK - if one of these come to the fore are the same idiots going to dish out the same bile AGAIN
  2. here's a conspiracy theory for you : TBK are really only after the shares (they have always stated they need them from CW have they not) which, in total, are 92,842,233 and manage a 10p in the pound CVA (going by their original £5 million quid bid) . Suppose they pay (and they may have to after all) Whyte even what he's looking for to get Ticketus off his case - say £30 million - they would be aquiring those shares for like 30p each. So they then have a share issue at £1 per share with a £1000 minimum spend and, somehow, manage to sell 65,000,000 meaning they have banked 60 million quid between them AND got there original £5 mill back. They then sell the controlling stake in the club (almost 30 million shares) to a Bill Miller or a Bill Ng for a knockdown £15 - £20 million pound price and sail off into the sunset having more than doubled their original investment - without actually really doing anything. All of this just pure conjecture but it has made me wonder why the shares are so important to TBK when Miller has said he can still go ahead an do a deal without them (or at least they are not such a priority) and also why TBK are / were not willing to match Millers tabled bid - in case the share issue didn't or doesn't go quite to plan leaving them a wee bit out of pocket. I also admit i could be well wide of the mark (i'm just going to get my flak jacket and tin hat )
  3. as far as i know the meeting has been adjourned again - till the 30th. Yorkston (Dunfermline chairman) apparently thinks there is not enough information to make a decision WTF.
  4. as a club it's something we'll HAVE to accept or we'll end up straight back where we are now. Folk need to realise that the big spending days are well in the past and Murray park needs to start doing what it was built for - producing talented youngsters to save us from 'rip off' clubs wanting top dollar for mediocre players.
  5. this is where the old saying 'you can please some of the people all of the time and all of the people some of the time - but you can't please all of the people all of the time' comes to mind.
  6. here is what appears to be Dunfermline chairman John Yorkston take on it - talk about 2 faced. http://www.scotsman.com/sport/football/top-football-stories/rangers-takeover-john-yorkston-calls-on-spl-chairmen-to-relegate-newco-rangers-1-2278177
  7. Hullo Hullo we are the Miller boys Hullo Hullo you'll know us by our noise we'll sit outside the piggery to take back what is ours we are the Billy Miller boys how does that sound?
  8. I'd love to see Walter involved at boardroom level - even if it was just to put him and Liewell in the same room at SPL meetings
  9. I'll back him also - TBK had more than enough time to get an offer together that would have put them into prime position to become preferred bidder. Even with Ticketus, and subsequently, Brian Kennedy on board they still couldn't muster a bid which was suitable for D & P to say it was the best for creditors. They tried to get the club on the cheap and ended up cutting their own throats.
  10. i had a look at the usual company check website after a 'debate' shall we say on Facebook with a friend of a friend - so can anyone tell me if the Tims are in debt after supposedly showing a 'miniscule' profit previously. http://companycheck.co.uk/company/SC223604
  11. Why - if a club manager wants info on a player does he check him out himself or does he not send a scout to look him over then look at his evaluation of the player. Miller, for anybody knows, had a representative sitting in the directors box tonight or even just sitting in the stand amongst the support - do you know any different?
  12. Talking about the share issue - how many shares from the 85% will people be able to get for their £1000 minimum investment (bear in mind the tha 85% is roughly 93,000,000 shares)? has the value of the shares ever been mentioned?
  13. who's to say he never had a representative at the game - why bark when you can get a dog to do it for you.
  14. Fantastic 5 - what a game. It would have been the icing on the cake to have seen Sone score a hat-trick. Great to see Ness and Bedoya grab a goal each as well though i thought the team performed superbly all round. :uk:
  15. Do you think big Eck will try and jump ship again - he seems to like the Birmingham area.
  16. why have you discounted the Ticketus money? and have the debentures agreed to be taken from the creditors pot?. As far i can tell this hasn't happened so at this moment in time i reckon more like 20p or 25p in the pound.
  17. Miller provided proof of funding then put in a bid of 11.2 million, Bill Ng was the same - TBK have never provided proof of funding. The only funding TBK have had has come from Ticketus and then, when they walked away, Brian Kennedy - to the best of my knowledge TBK have'nt provided proof of THEIR OWN funding. Everything they have ever said relies on a share issue that doesn't guarantee them the income they require to ensure the clubs future - then what, do we go back to the way Lloyds ran the club when they controlled the spending - sell a player if you want to buy a couple of cheaper options to bolster the squad numbers. Hopefully we get to find out one way or the other tomorrow who the PB is but if it's TBK then i'm going to be worried and hoping all summer that they will prove me wrong.
  18. definetly 1 more season (2012 - 2013) remaining in their deal mate.
  19. What - have TBK suddenly aquired UNLIMITED funding?
  20. I think the SFA sanctions regarding the transfer embargo will be overturned or at least made to cover a shorter timescale - the SPL sanctions are only applicable if the club remains within the SPL, if the club doesn't and goes to the SFL then the sanctions can't be imposed - i could be wrong but it's how i understand it could be. Regarding the sanctions - if Rangers vote along with the 10 lesser clubs regarding TV and Gate monies then i don't think the sanctions will happen (these clubs need Rangers more than Rangers need them after all) - this is the reason i think the meeting was put off until today.
  21. The Blue Knights aren't the only bidder though so they have to come in with a bid that AT LEAST matches the best bid that's sitting on the table, something thay have consistently failed to do. TBK are relying on a share issue to garner the funds to be able to carry out a CVA BUT : 1) they don't have any shares to sell. 2) IF they do get the shares they may not get the required response from supporters that gets them the required cash amount to satisfy the CVA - the administrators can't take projected sums into account regarding payment to creditors, only what is sitting on the table just now as part of their bid. in the case of point 2 Miller is the better option but if a bidder puts a new bid on the table then D & P have to look at it and assess if it is the better deal, hence the reason why Miller hasn't been named a PB at this moment in time. I hope this makes sense.
  22. Ticketus are no longer part of the TBK deal - if they chase Whyte for the shares and manage to aquire them do you honestly believe they will just hand them over to TBK and go on their merry way. If they have the shares they don't need to be part of any CVA because the shares will give them the upper hand in any deal - they'll practically name their price and see what TBK come back with (they want back as much of their initial outlay back as they can get because, bare in mind, TBK NEED those shares and Ticketus don't particulary need to sell them - if they don't want to).
  23. it's money taken from the total sum OWED. If TBK win the bid and arrange a CVA with creditors at 10p in the pound then they will save having to payout 800k - however if you ask me then i would say that a 10p in the pound CVA deal is unlikely to be achieved. It's fine asking the bigger creditors for that kind of amount because they would still get a couple of million back but, for the ones whose business relies on capital of a few hundred pounds - sums of 40 or 50 quid are useless to them so they'll be after a wee bit more before they agree to a suitable figure.
  24. Mate, that's like saying when Colin McAdam played for us and Tom McAdam played for them that they had to stop being brothers - enemies on the field can still be friends (or family) off it.
