Did ticketus not fail to come up with 500k to allow TBK to become preferred bidder,even when TBK had publicly stated that they would repay a large chunk of the money Whyte got. So i dont see them giving Green 5.5M to buy us and maybe get the same return. Ticketus took out insurance over this deal and will get a return there without resorting to illegal deals with D@P etc.

Green was not in charge when we went to the cos over the transfer embargo. In his statement yesterday Green said us going to div3 meant we were free of sanctions and had a clean slate. I saw that as a statement of intent to challenge any further punishments, and as others have pointed out going by the present rules a newco has to start at the bottom. It was the SFA @ SPL who tried to bend this rule so they would not lose the sky deal. I think Green did not want to rock the boat in case we did get into div1, now we are in div3 the gloves will come off.
