Derek Parlane was an excellent centre forward who never let Rangers down in any match he played in. My personal highlight was his goal against Bayern Munich in the semi final in 1972. Rounded off a brilliant evening.

I think it's really difficult to make a reasoned judgement on McCall considering how shite the team was that he inherited from the previous management. If we are going to make a judgement, now that everything is done, it should be that the team fucked up because: A. McCoist and MacDowell took the club I love to depths that I never thought possible. They were the worse management ever seen in Rangers history. B.The Boycotters contributed to the state of the team by not turning up and effectively split us as a support. Along with the boycotters are the other absentees who basically just couldn't be fucking bothered supporting Rangers because of the League we were playing in and who left us with a half full Stadium for most of the season.
