Was on about Captains, Lee, Miller then reluctantly they added Andy, he pointed out to the first two what if your not playing lol so from that, I would imagine that is something else he will look at.

That's what I took from the presser, he was honest to admit, what can be achieved in a few days, but appears to have a long term aim, that is going to take work. If the earlier reports are true, that he has blocked days off for the International weekend, then he knows and the squad must know as well, that they have a long way to go, maybe his finish 2nd and the Cup aren't just words to him, to keep us all happy, but actually wants to do his best to try and make it a reality.

It's the fact as well that Pedro and the rest seem to be involved not just "do this" but showing what they want done, pushing them on, also telling them when they are doing it wrong. yes we see snap shots, edited video etc, but you can't fake his passion, as long as it translates to on field displays then happy days.

Think it's great to see him heavily involved in the sessions. Looks like he isn't wanting them to hold the too long, tap.............tap............go...... To tap, tap, go. Increased work rate and closing down quickly. Hope this translates to the pitch.

Thread in OT section

After the months of piss again, from the Pedro flight thread last Saturday through to just now, it nice to have a little buzz again. Understand after the repeated turmoils, sometimes it's as if we are on a loop, folk as well as myself need the old saying action speaks louder than words, I hope this isn't another false dawn. However it was a chance to see Pedro interacting with the players, what did we learn, he appears organised, passionate, not afraid to point out when things aren't being done properly, so a bit more about him than just words.

Players seem to think highly of him. But hope he enjoys tonight for what he accomplished.

Been rumbles down here for a couple of months that he lost the dressing room and that the players basically did what they wanted on the field. Two minutes after the announcement Rowett and Warburtons names popped up as contenders. But in short don't want him anywhere near the club.

Welcome Joey, Didnt know what to expect from the interview, but no complaints here, seemed honest and and frank over his move, as well as his intentions.
