  1. True. They really could have hit 8 or 9 if they pushed for it. I can understand he wanted to rest a couple but was annoying to those who wanted Utd humiliated.
  2. They think they were first to do ynwa as well.
  3. I saw him firsthand at West Ham on the opening day and thought wow he is far better than I even thought he would be.. His movement and his ability to get in between defenders is out of this world and his finishing is deadly. If he stays fit we could easily be looking at 50+ goals this season.
  4. Ref has been pretty dire. Missed 2 blatant penalties and should have shown a red for that last penalty
  5. So basically you would rather a team that’s full of taigs and a support that despise us would win🤦
  6. In all honesty today is the first time I’ve went for over 20 years. I used to take my kids when they were young in the mid 90s but just drifted away from it. As I said it was a good day out and I will be likely to go again when I can’t go to the usual epl games.
  7. You think that’s bad. I’m older than him 😩
  8. Little bit higher level than that. They get about 700 or 800 attendances. Better thana lot of the Scottish league teams.
  9. Was a good day out. Folkestone lost 3– 2 but it was enjoyable. Paid admission , had a couple of beers , a burger and chips and still less than a cheap ticket for the EPL in the south east. Also it was refreshing to watch a match without the diving Prima Donna types that infest top flight football these days. Just normal blokes giving it a go without the need to whine about every decision and feign injury at every tackle. No need to await the 5 minute VAR Check for every decision either.
  10. Different experience to a full house at Ibrox. £12 admission , can have a beer watching the game and 2 goals in the first 6 minutes . Enjoyable so far
  11. Does anyone ever go watch their local non league/junior/amateur teams? Fed up with the international break so going to pay a visit to my local team in the Isthmian Premier league.
  12. Never been more glad I got out all those years ago. It’s got to the point that part of me wishes the English would tell them to go have their independent cesspool and laugh as it disintegrates. The sensible part of me then kicks in and thinks we should never give in to these scum.
  13. I have been telling people for 30 years since I moved south that there is an element in Scotland that totally despise Britain and anything British except the pound they get in their handouts . I’m not sure that people always believed me but this week has finally opened a few of their eyes to the truth. The whole world has seen their shame this week.
  14. They might have changed their name but they will always be Dundee Hibernians in nature. Utter vermin that won’t be missed when thy are in the championship next season
  15. If Beale is a top manager then there is no reason they can’t do better than it appears at the minute. Maybe it’s too early to tell but I’m not sure he would be the man for us just yet
  16. QPR are hardly running away with things in the English championship
  17. Looking at that list it would appear they have decided both attacking and defending players were in the wrong. Haven’t seen it on TV so not sure what happened
  18. Looks like it was cooked by that character Percy from the Green Mile
  19. Thought Morelos done well generally but was a bit rusty where it mattered as were the others. Can’t help but think we would have had a couple of goals if some of those chances we made fell to Colak.
  20. Those 3 done pretty well for an hour against a team that cost in the 100s of millions
  21. I didn’t even realise it hit barisic on the arm until he gave a penalty. From my seat it just look like he blocked the shot . After that I can’t really complain as they exploited the gaps we left. Near 1000 mile round trip for disappointment 😩
  22. Got to agree. We need to start taking more chances though. Missing good chances comes back to bite you at this level. They started to run away with it after we lost a man and had to push forward when we went a goal down . I couldn’t see the crucial decisions clearly as I was at other end but it did look as if the ref was intent on punishing our players more than theirs for similar tackles
