Not just lack of pace he let himself be bullied

He still makes the wrong decisions far too often and dithers at times. He is decent but needs to improve and make more of his chances or he won't get the minutes he has been getting once everyone else is fit.

He has potential but he is still very rough around the edges.

He does it too often for my liking.

Id be offering him at least a 3 year deal to tie him down and give both him and us the security. Id then get rid of Jack and sell Raskin (maybe Chelsea are interested.....), then actually look to add a quality player in beside him. Really wish we hadnt missed out on Lewis Ferguson tbh.

Tbh Mccauslands positioning off the ball is shocking and he doesnt make intelligent runs. Nowhere near ready for the first team he is like a dog chasing a tennis ball

Wright is a sub at most. Whenever the guy has a chance to show what he has he is completely anonymous. Dessers has been great but he has next to no support and is just creating things himself. So aye a winger is deffo needed

Not sure why people are being negative still, we have moved him on. The better he does when on loan the more chance of us recouping the outlay for him. Shame we havent managed to do the same with dessers.
