exactly. WHAT are they doing in training ? passing is shite & movement is non existent. our midfield looked bereft of movement or idea's last night. They don't look fit. The whole midfield looked like they were treading water when trying to come forward, such a very, very disappointing performance. they should be sat down and shown last nights game & how Cacau passes and moves, along with some of his team mates who are by no means excellant players. /end of rant

The piss poor performances that are being put in. Most of the players in our squad earn more in 2/3 weeks, than what I earn in 1 year. The standard of football we play, in comparison to value for money in wages terms is shockingly poor and should be miles higher than it is. /rant over

walter should start showing our current playing staff some of the video's of previous rangers teams, how they passed and moved & theres not a better example than this video. i'm working my way thru the 9IAR boxset at the moment too - its a joy to see what it meant to boys like Hateley, Durrant, Brown, Huistra & McCoist when they scored for us. always makes me smile the vision in some of the play during that era was awesome too, be nice if some of our current crop could even control a ball

The Bayern fans weren't cheering a victory that night, any german we met congratulated us on playing them off the park & said we were very unlucky. It was a surreal walk back to the underground for the train, was pretty quiet for there being 50,000 or however many the Olympic Stadium held at that time. They couldn't celebrate a victory, they knew we had battered them.

i agree. i won't preach, cos I don't know the ins and outs. I don't even know if the buyer will inherit the debt & then need to clear it. realistically, if that is the case, then from a business point of view I don't know if there are that many people interested in clearing a £30m debt before taking over a team based in the SPL. slim pickings for income up here & if we go out of europe early, it's even worse.

I bought the 9IAR boxset last week & I was watching the 4th season this morning...WHAT a player Mark Hateley was for us !! I don't remember him being THAT good, as what I saw in the dvd. A quick frontman with strength, heading ability & a great finish on him, just the same as Cousin. Yeah I'd love to see a striker of that ilk at the club too
