  1. Is that city centre bud? I see the train is only a couple of quid so if there a good bears bar in the centre, was thinking a taxi over wouldn't be too much either.
  2. Aye cheers never thought of the supporters bus ,, that gives a few options actually,,, could either see if one going from down here or from over near my mums in Kilmarnock or near Ibrox then drink in the Loudon after, will check back on here too nearer the time. Are most of the busses ok with taking drink on?
  3. Hi Guys Totally buzzed at the thought of playing them fuckers again, cant wait ,, but it just occurred to me. As a ST Holder from down south I only come up for oor home games get the tube and drink in the Loudon. I have only been to Hampden once a few yrs ago,,and that was with a mate who took me round the pubs route etc and as a result its now just a blur. So what will be the bears route to the game and back from the city centre be ?,,what pubs will be taking over pre match and post match? If I get a ticket I will be on my tod and so dont want to walk into the wrong pub n that or get lifted (at least no b4 the game lol) ,,, did that once on helicopter sunday before the match and had the mrs no been wae me it might have been different day lol So how will we all be getting there on the day,, and what pubs ?
  4. hopefully over the course of the season they cancel each other out
  5. I dont think Goat is any less happy to see Hibs winning than the rest of us,, its just that we shouldn't be in this position in the first place is the point he is making ,,which I think we can all agree with ,,, mon the hibs
  6. all good so far,, tbh Hivs deserve to be in front,, been a decent game as well so far n'aw
  7. Thats shite in that case,, and I will assume you where not offered any kind of refund either. Well I can't get to the game on the 8th now anyway as its the Managers sons birthday that weekend apparently,, so looking like I wont be getting to a game now to December. Makes you wonder how worth the ST is sometimes as this happened a lot last season,, games getting moved to mid week which I just cant get up for,,, then to rub it in they drop prices for some of the sat matches which when I work it out I would have been way better off doing,, ah well if it helps the club I suppose
  8. too many to remember all,, but one that springs to mind was the killie game we lost at home towards the end of the season we where going for 10 in a row. I had 4 seats back then in the clubdeck through my dads work. I took up a couple of lads from the local and my girlfriends wee brother. One mate stevie was a killie fan / celtic fan (claimed to be more a killie fan) and the wee brother was a killie fan,,, the other lad Bobby was a bear. On the way up the brother asked if killie win the day can we put our scarves on later on the way home in the car. Thinking they had little to fuck all chance in hell of winning me and Bobby laughed and said aye why no wee man. Needless to say on our way out of Ibrox in the car both stevie and wee brother put their scarves out the window (not sure but think steve had his celtic yin but might have been a killie wan) and we got the kind of reception you would expect,,. As we pulled up to these set of lights another car came along side and its window came down. Stevie who was driving lowered his scarf and window to see it was his boss in the car. The Boss made some chit chat wae him for a few mins and then before driving off when the light went green,, says " and another thing stevie I saw yer scarf and know what team ye really follow,,,so dont bother coming in to work on monday ye wee rat cunt" and drove off. So me and Bobby still had the last laugh
  9. I dont know as I am a season ticket holder and have never purchased the one day match tickets,,, but the Alloa game tickets are available to buy now online on the website,, is it normal to put them up for sale when they might change the date short notice before anything has been decided?? Would have thought they would have held back if they thought they would move it,, I mean the club must know what it is planning surely,,,or is that too much like common sense ??
  10. any idea when we will find out? I have to swap shifts wae the boss in order to get a sat off... im likely only going to get to either this or the game the week before as I doubt the boss will do two in a row. Might just have to arrange it for the 8th and play safe,,,thing is I get paid on the 15th so it would have been better
  11. Wasn't it the same when Celtic park got used in the past? pretty sure I heard something about them having no tri colour flying as the SFA demanded it for the same reason,,ie it was loaned out to the SFA for an international fixture not involving Ireland. If this is true tonight then its probably some feeble attempt on their part at being impartial As for the SFA I'm no gynaecologist but I still no cunts when I see em
  12. Hope not as I too am travelling up too. Think I will be driving up the Friday this time as I have some business wae the bank first thing sat am,,, besides hoping for a night out in Glasgow after the game and that 0700 train from Alnmouth is an early start even for me,,,,,,,just checked and its already £21!!! ,, if you book about a month before you can get it for about £10 sometimes less.
  13. FIFA 15 WARNING: Don't accept Game invites from anyone with "The 45" or "Yes Scotland" in their username,, you will never win fair and square and you will get constantly harassed for a re-match !
  14. Have heard some saying they should never sing the national anthem again either,,,Scotland v England friendly will be interesting
  15. aint it funny how in the runup to the ref all they kept spouting was how it had nothing to do with football and their voting yes was completely separate to their alleged team loyalty ,, but now the ref is done all of a sudden he cant follow rangers all of a sudden ,,, how to contradict yersell right there,, nae loss
  16. I see there is no Ibrox piggery or Hamdrung in the stadium list again. There is a Crown Lane and a UNION Park Stadium tho http://www.easports.com/fifa/news/2014/fifa-15-stadiums?utm_campaign=fifa15-social-global-ic-fb-fifa-stadiums-091714-fb-text-site-lnch&utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&sourceid=fifa15-social-global-ic-fb-fifa-stadiums-091714-fb-text-site-lnch&cid=26393&ts=1411196867615&sf31130635=1
  17. I can remember when I worked at Loudon theme park having Stewart McCall , Ian Ferguson and Paul McStay all appear with their families one day ,,, big Ian was shouting from back down the que for me to not let McStay and co on the ride but it was all in good fun,,, eh i think lol.
  18. Glad we are through,,, but tbh was so bad,, I found myself watching the referendum debate on the laptop more than the bloody game. A sad day when watching a politician draws more attention than a gers (ally) team
  19. Was thinking exactly the same thing,, was just about to book my train tickets when it occurred to me. Guaranteed to be on tv so will either be a 1230 KO or get moved to the sunday. Anyone have any idea when SKY.BT announce fixtures ,, the sooner the cheaper for the train bookings lol
  20. I had a rebate of £300 odd the season we went into the 3rd,, exactly what I used it for as well lol
  21. aye yez are right enough I never noticed the "Host" club part further down the article when reading earlier,,, still there opening line using rangers and "the club should have paid" in the same sentence is poor wording on their part at the very least. Shouldn't expect much else tho tbf.
  22. See the Daily rebel going with a (surprise surprise) new spin on it trying to put the blame back on us,,, as it should have been OUR responsibility to pay for it !!! Even by their own worthless article they state it is a SPFL rule,,, aye still oor fault even tho there was no SPFL back then at that point,,,wish it had been tho and we could have just telt em to ram it. http://www.<No links to this website>/sport/football/football-news/spfl-fail-follow-rules-tv-3592379?
  23. He is young talented and could be a really good signing for the future,, thing is with any player who might have attitude problems they need a firm manager who will quickly nip it in the bud,,,,not one thats idea of punishment is taking them oot for a beer and a singsong
