  1. tbf there isn't much he could have said. At least he admitted they where shite and never tried to make excuses ,,, something his predecessor never done. I thought he at least gave it his best go. He dropped Black within 20mins when everyone could see he was a liability ,, would Ally have been so quick to make a change like that there? ,, doubt it. He also has stated intent to bring back youth players to play,,,, lets face it we are shite!!! and he knows it as well,,, its the players that is the core problem. The sooner we get someone in charge (who actually is a mgr and wants it) ,, the better !!
  2. and by asking to up his stakes to 29% would also show that he wants even more influence,, something again he initially stated he didn't want ,, that on its own may go against the original agreement he had with them,, although im sure it did state as well that no more than 10% without prior approval and at least he did try asking first
  3. to be fair to him I have seen some of him on facebook and he is constantly going on about rangers (the biggest club he managed to get to in his career no doubt) ,, although I have heard that he is plugging a book,, but he does take the time on fb anyway to interact with the fans. As for the infamous bust up and why he just faded away I am sure there is a lot more to it than most of us will ever know about as there is always two sides to everything ,, suppose you could just go along and ask him
  4. There is no point hoping that king will come riding into the rescue now,, no way in hell if the SFA reject MA (who with 29% wouldn't have had FULL ownership anyway) who has countless funds , a proven track record and turned Newcastle into a well run club ,,etc etc etc that they will even consider King,,,no chance in hell he would pass their fit and proper test,,, these cunts are just at it
  5. Heard he has done well with the youth team so could be well worth considering,,, in all honestly tho even the guy in the Broxy outfit could do a better job than the current dud
  6. if we dont have extra money to bring someone in they could always give someone like Durie a caretaker role and see how he gets on,,,would cost us no extra and have heard he has done well with the youngsters,,so he might actually gee the boys a game or actually use any loanees we might get from the toon,,, cant be worse than the present sutuation
  7. why the fuck at the very least could they not have just stuck him on gardening leave and put somebody , anybody , already at the club in a caretaker role? This has to be the worst scenario they could have come up with. A manager who doesn't want to be there left in charge,, and worse yet he will be in charge when all the dud players contracts are up in the summer and likely bloody well renew them,,, jig for another 3ys with pay rise eh. And what now,,, he stays on long enough into next December which will be time enough for him to fuck up next season as well before we see the back of him. I swore when we went into the lower lgs that I would get a ST and travel up as much as I could from England and be there (even when can barely afford it) at least until we where back at the top where we belong... I honestly dont think at this point I will renew if he is still there,,, and I am sure I am not alone.
  8. I will be there next week even tho i missed the last one,,, I swore to myself when we wnt into the old 3rd Div that I would support the club and get a ST until at least we where back where we belong,, I dont have much money and have struggled since leaving the RAF,,in fact even running up the old overdraft just to make ends meet,,,but I have to admit it will be hard to renew if come the end of the season we are still where we are and we keep Ally on (as 12 months would be)
  9. I'm still hoping the players have been told and one of the wags will blurt it out later on twitter,,,anyone know templeton's mrs number ????
  10. Have to agree m8 ,, going back to what you said earlier,,, it was plane to see in the post match interview that he almost broke down in tears early on,, actually thought he was going to at one point, glad he managed to pull it back,,,,, which just makes you even more pissed off that, that team couldn't raise their game tonight.
  11. a lot of tims liked him as well tbf,, as a player anyway was one of the few players of either side that even the opposition fans respected,, or at least didne hate apart from on old firm day
  12. hopefully one of the wags spills the beans later on twitter,,,widne be the first time
  13. agree,, thats why there must be more to it,, saying he was still fully committed ,, ?? I don't know what to think m8,, if its the Board why do it when reportedly they are all away in London and can't comment either ?? Stinks
  14. Definately more to this,, if it was him just putting in a resignation there be no reason to not make comment on it ,, unless its something to do with lawyers advising to wait on the boards reaction ,,the other way to look at it is,, is it Coisty is being clever ,,, that doesn't sit well with me as I still like to think he wouldn't couldn't,, he well knows it will all come out anyways ,,, oh well another 48hrs then
  15. So by the sounds of it he has backed the Board into a corner,, they can either gee him 400k and let him sit there for 12 months with everyone knowing he is going,, or for the sake of the team , promotion and everything else,, gee him 800k so he goes now
  16. See the rhebel going with the angle that he will be prepared to sit on it for 12months and can walk with 400k (as per re-negotiated contract) or Board can axe him and pay up 800k or try make him change mind ,,which wont happen,, claiming to know from insiders,,, in other words paper talk for made up pish,, http://www.<No links to this website>/sport/football/ally-mccoist-walking-away-rangers-4799235?
  17. you guys all at the game watching or is there a stream somewhere ,, usual ones dont seem to have game on

  19. yeh i just saw this on facebook and asked the question on our protest thread,,apparently the fans groups ?? https://www.facebook.com/itstheblueblueblueseaofibrox?fref=nf
  20. Seen on facebook that some of the fans groups are calling for a 9th min protest tomorrow??? This page is full of the deluded still defending him to the hilt ,, even threatening to try and out sing the protest with super ally chants ,, the only people I have heard defending him now a days is mainly wee birds who lets face it aren't swayed by the football https://www.facebook.com/itstheblueblueblueseaofibrox?fref=nf
