  1. Winning 90 league games in a row is utterly impossible and frankly that's computer game stuff. You could have put any manager in the world in charge of Rangers in 2012 and no one would have achieved that feat not even the 9 in a row team would have even done that. As for them not winning the treble I think that proves that money is not the be all and end all in football.
  2. The argument that's been used against Ally is that he has more money than any teams he has faced in the lower leagues so that automatically should equate to a Rangers win if it's only about money then I can't see why a team that's got a wage bill in excess of the 20 million mark is not winning every cup in Scottish football right now? And why don't Man city win the English treble if they spend more than every other English team also? Football is about a lot more than team A spending more money than team B. Rangers vs Hamilton in 1987 proved that.
  3. Rangers will play 90 lower league games over 3 years are you honestly saying the stats should have been played 90 W90 D0 L0 (goals for 1000) (goals against 0)? Also if the argument about resources is used then surely peado fc should have won 3 trebles in a row by now as they have a wage bill far in excess of any team in Scotland and have done for years.
  4. Probably more of a constancy problem from the players than anything Ally did today. He started with more or less the same team that won 7 in a row so I can't see any huge blunder in terms of selection that would justify saying it's all the gaffers fault alone. This is not the Rangers of Gazza,Laudrup or De Boer this is the Rangers of guys like Law and Black and people need to get their heads around the fact these guys just aint good enough to win every game 5-0 no matter who is in charge.
  5. Playing amateurs every week for 2 years was obviously going to bring the standard of play down it's only natural that Rangers players might struggle when facing full time teams in the cups over that period. Now we are playing full time teams in the league and being tested more the level of play is vastly improving.
  6. Ian Black can be a good player at times but he needs to remember his second name is not Beckham. Less of the 30-40 yard passes and more of what he did at times last night.
  7. Said it at the start of the season some fans are just too fast to jump on players backs and don't give them time to bed in.
  8. Can not stand these types but at least they got off their arse and protested when they thought Pacific Quay CSC were being biased. All we do is sit around a massage board and moan about the bias without doing a thing about it.
  9. Said it before but Hearts were relegated before a ball was even kicked last season that gave them the chance to bring in young players short term without having to worry about results. While they may have had a good start to the season I would expect Rolf Harris FC to put them out of the league cup meaning they are out of 2 of the 4 cups in the first 1/4 of the season. They also won't be able to keep up the kind of league form they've been playing at for the rest of the season either. Come May we'll be top and they will be taking their chances in the play-offs.
  10. HMRC cut deals with Newcastle over image rights & Arsenal for EBTs but in Rangers case we've always been told they don't do deals?
  11. Good point without knowing the inner workings of Rangers finance dept I would guess Whyte brought in his own people to perform the dirty work. Can't believe that the people who worked at Rangers for years would do such a thing. As for HMRC they sat back and let Whyte run up a huge debt while at the same time they gave Hearts a winding up order for non payment after one month. We really have been stitched up big time.
  12. Feck all is the answer....... Rangers were placed into administration cause Whyte withheld PAYE/NI from the minute he walked in the door. Unless mystic meg Whyte knew months before hand that Rangers were going to lose these European ties your point is foolish. Suppose losing the European games gave him an excuse to sell the Arsenal shares as well in your eyes?
  13. Rangers co-efficient has taken a kicking over the last few years due to not being in Europe our 14/15 ranking is 95th by 15/16 that's likely to be around the 110s or so which will make things very hard when we do get back. Add that to the "Booming" SPFL clubs doing such a great job of going out of Europe by the end of August and it's not going to be easy.
  14. You using windows 8? If so try downloading 8.1
  15. Aye Charles lapdog whatever you say. Not going to waste my time having a petty childish debate with someone that's never been to a Rangers game in his life.
  16. What you really mean is to get the attention you so crave.......
  17. We should pick the 2nd player to partner Boyd based on form at the time If Miller or Clark don't produce the goods for 2 games running then the other striker should get the chance. It would keep these players on their toes same goes for Daly if he wants a start he needs to up his game big time.
  18. Please let them draw each other in the Europa league........
  19. If it's got nothing to do with Rangers why are you posting about it on a Rangers forum genius?
  20. I really hope we keep things like this in mind in the years to come. If in five years time we have 5 or 6 key Scotland players and they come asking for them to play in an important qualifying game I hope we think back to a time when the Tartan army Rangers haters never wanted any of our players in the team and tell them GTF.
  21. They going to be the first team ever to be knocked out of Europe 3 times in one season? Must be some kind of record.
  22. Seriously anyone who is "outraged" about the seedings for the Scottish league cup needs to get a life. Daily record talks pish after septic get beat shocker.
  23. Probably the case but they have made an absolute ton of money over the last few seasons and had an amazing amount of luck yet are utter baws. Rangers on the other hand have been through the mill over the last 3 years with all sorts of crap, if truth be told they should have a team that's absolutely light years ahead of Rangers right now but they don't. 4 players on loan and the signing of Gordon probably prove that they are not as rich as they like to make out. It won't take a huge amount for Rangers to catch up with them over the next 12 months if we get our own house in order financially we'll run them close at the very least.
  24. Was thinking the same thing who are the 22 teams ranked above us?
  25. Despite the criticism Foster takes on here I don't think the lad done all that bad in the Champions league against far better players than septic have. Certainly thought he done a good job against Man Utd and Valencia, he was a regular starter in the 2010 CL campaign and played against world class strikers/wingers but did not disgrace himself by any means.
