  1. Two teams supported by republicans both pumped...happy days
  2. Looks like Oran Kearney will get the St Mirren job...great guy and loved when he played for Linfield any excuse?
  3. He is a good guy(ex Linfield player) and has done wonders with Coleraine ,I think he is Kenny Shiels son in law.
  4. that is the sad reality I'm afraid over here and it is getting worse, not just for us but celtic as well
  5. A cowardly piece of shit and a peace time warrior who apparently has two minders from the Bogside
  6. Opening day attendance figures I reckon we had close to 2000 at Mourneview...hopefully our support comes back...fortune favours the brave https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/ifa-premiership/besucherzahlen/wettbewerb/NIR1
  7. I doubt 5 million Asians would want to watch a team who have nothing in 27 years ...they are gloryhunters .Spurs have always had a massive fan base that is why they are building a huge stadium and were close to packing out Wembley for league fixtures There average gate last year was 67000 they had 85000 against Juventus ffs Outside republican and loyalist heartlands Scottish football means nothing over here North or South of the border. The vast majority of my friends travel over to watch English sides and have done so for years even before Sky came about.Man Utd and Liverpool fans would outnumber celtic and Rangers fans by about 20 to 1 mate
  8. they got a team into the Europa league stages in the last few years a thing that a SPL team could not achieve
  9. Massive worldwide mate ...they played in Melbourne and 100k turned up
  10. but what about their worldwide fan base ?It really hit home how deluded they are when they played Liverpool in their so called spiritual home of Dublin and were outnumbered 10 to 1
  11. certainly it wained last season but our travelling support down at Mourneview and over at Seaview this season has been fantastic. The Irish league is more healthy as it has been in years ,attendances are up across the board 30% on figures compiled from 2017.Look at the televised match from a few nights ago a virtually packed Seaview on a Monday night ...brilliant to see.
  12. I have been going for over 50 years and as I stated our allocation has been cut to shreds because of health and safety .I have been in the oval when we have had at least 5000 in there scores of times. So are you saying if restrictions were not put on us we would not have 5000 there on a boxing day fixture? But you are right it is a long time since we had those figures in there .
  13. There would be no old firm If we had not saved them from getting kicked out of the league in 51/52 season
  14. Our game against Glentoran is on sky in early October...hopefully the fuckers do not cut our allocation (health and safety reasons)and we have 5000 in that shithole of theirs.
  15. McGonigle is a very good player, but it is a very big step up from part time to full time, although we sold a player(Linfield) to QPR last season and he is holding down a first place also Cliftonvilles Liam Boyce did very well at Ross County
  16. best side in league last year unlucky not to win it
  17. correct ...world class Buffon ,De Gea, Schmeichal,I do not think he is in that league but McGregor is a very good goalie
  18. Yeah I am with you for example Irish Rugby team play in Dublin the Ulstermen in the team stand for the Soldiers Song but on one of the rare occasions Ireland played in Belfast no anthem was played! A know afew who stopped going after that but then again Rugby over here is mainly followed by middle class prods who have the backbones of jellyfish
  19. The IFA was formed in Belfast and is one the oldest associations in the world that is why the FAI was set up ...those fuckers did not want to recognise anything in Northern Ireland.
