Totally agree with the last post enough is enough if he has no confidence in his team without 3 players to beat Alloa then get rid of the spineless joker he is.Isnt that the reason we have a 22 man squad to cover such things as injury,suspensions etc.

Don't think all his signings have been duds but the majority have been below average players being very well paid for what they are doing.I could accept some of the poor performances over the past few years which have been dished out if the team and management were getting the same pay as most of the opposition but considering our excessive wage bill I just don't think that it has been good enough.At times we haven't looked any better physically or tactically than some of the part time teams we have played

Think its pretty obvious that most of his signings have been very average players playing in a less than average league ( regardless of what one it is 3rd,2nd,or 1st division ) who for the most part have been paid more than average salaries compared to the rest of Scottish football apart from Celtic. Still think the management have missed a great opportunity to develop more younger talent.Dont think anyone believes you can turn out a full team from youth development but surely we should have turned out more 1st team players then we have. If theres no scouting system as someone mentioned send Durrant out scouting cause I don't know what else he is supposed to be doing for his more than average wage. Nothing has changed for just about every club in Scotland over the past 140 years apart from the old firm.Cant think of any other clubs who have spent millions on players to win average Scottish League apart from those two.All other clubs have had to do what they have always done and that is manage with what they have.Time Ally and the rest got on with the job that others have to do week in and week out and that is manage with what they have instead of grovelling with every CEO who walks in the door about how much money he has to spend.

Not sure if DJ mentioned one of Allys other great buys Juan Manuel Ortiz was talk at the time of him costing £400,000 and what a load of shit he was.Its frightening to think what the manager and his team would waste more money on given the chance.Lets not forget most of the management were there when they let Boyd and Miller go and spent allegedly £3.5million on Kyle Lafferty,£1.2million on James Beatty what great buys those two were.Not to mention letting go Charlie Adam for next to fuck all and Ross McCormack for nothing and i nearly forgot bringing in other such hits as Kirk Broadfoot.Fucking frightening what would happen letting the three wise men loose with a bag of money.

I think Shiels is a decent squad player and thats about it.In saying that most of the team is made up of decent squad players and some are not even that good.Dont see any difference between him,Law,Black,Hutton, and they are all better than that useless Parrelta another great signing by our management team.Will never work out how dumplings like him are anywhere near Ibrox and guys like Gallagher and Crawford are put out on loan absolute disgrace.

Doesnt matter how bad or poor some players play the manager never seems to change things unless suspension or injury forces his hand. At least that dumpling Perralta is out the frame and hopefully for good as he is absolute shit.

Its a mixture of different things which are keeping support away.Board,poor football lack of any real entertaining player and also cost. The other night against Saints 13,000 thousand at game ,some being asked to pay £19-£21 when live on bbc.Surely the powers that be should have looked at some real discount for the fans.Think we have gone back 30 years with the standard of play and players but we are not alone heres hoping that whoever is at the helm can and will turn things round.

Always been a fan of Boyd .Still got stick from the bears first time round although at the time was SPL all time goal scorer.That said he doesnt look on the ball this time.Perhaps fitness,perhaps lack of service but thought that was the reason you have a squad to bring in guys to challenge for places,keep others on their toes.Perhaps our management dream tram should have a look at how Kilmarnock played him last season and for that matter how did QOS play Clark to score 40 odd goals.

Is this the same guy who said at the end of last season that he hadnt really been at his best after January and felt he should have done more.Ye like give back f his wages for the shit he delivered from January till end of season.

How many times have we heard over the past few seasons from both management and players the old " we weren't at our best today " really what a surprise.Its time these overpaid average players got on with the job expected of them as Rangers players and set about playing some descent entertaining winning football instead of shit "we weren't at our best today " crap.

I doubt if we could even give him away.Like so many Ally has brought to the club they offer none or very little sell on value. Surely we have learned our lessons of the past or have we.

The guy is shit plain and simple.When Ally brought him he was going to be a crowd pleaser, a real battler what pish.He is garbage and whoever found this South American gem should be hunted out of the club.Surely guys like Crawford,Gallagher etc should be sitting on the bench instead of this dumpling.

When this subject of training was brought up with Ally before he said himself that he didnt know of any team who came in 9 till 5 Monday-Friday but perhaps looking at our basic skills and fitness he should be a world first and get these guys in but then again why bother.

So we need investment,yet again.How much have Hibs,Hearts and for that matter the rest of Scottish football spent this season.Why dont you just get on with the job Ally like the rest of the managers and actually do what your paid to do MANAGE and if the task is to great for you on your salary and that of the rest of the playiing and coaching staff then step aside and let someone else take up the challenge.

All said and done the managers tactics are a shambles.You dont have to be Jose Morinho to work out the three wise mens tactics.It takes us 20 passes to get out our own half and by that time the other team have nipped off for a cup of tea and are back waiting on us geting to there 18 yard box.Not enough speed.trickery or skill in most of the team and if super ally and the rest cant see that then god help us.
