It's just a really poor situation, so frustrating not seeing the club maximise the current feel good factor, especially during pre season when punters are desperate for strips/merchandise.
Been over at the stadium a few times recently & the club shop is a sorry sight tbh.
An A4 sheet stuck to the inside of the glass door saying 'store closed - only open on matchdays'.

Also the kind of player who’ll get a starting opportunity in early round cup games.
Looking forward to seeing him in a Rangers jersey.

Hopefully he surprises us & plays an important part in a successful season, albeit a bit part.
These kind of players on the periphery of the 1st team will be vital to our campaign.

Some of McGregors distribution last season was tremendous for me.
A game at Ibrox he made a 60yrd pass out right which for me was pass of the game.
However was getting steadily pissed off with his drama shows & general madness as the season came to an end.

Never forget a European home performance by Edu, he’d been playing dross for weeks & the fans were getting on his back. Walter put him in a specific role in midfield to combat the opposition & he was outstanding that night.

Think he gave players like those two specific roles, then they carried them out to the letter to the betterment of the team effort.
Lovely mixture of football awareness & man management gave somewhat limited players a purpose on the pitch.

Was over earlier & noticed ‘The Icons of Ibrox’ banner on Ed House has come away at the left side & rips are starting to appear down the edge.
Hopefully someone from the club can address this asap before the wind completely fks it.

I’d heard all this about the rumoured 10k waiting list etc etc,
Went over & paid for my S.T. few was ago & asked the chap if there were any single seats available nearby as my mate would buy one.
He replied ‘are you kidding ? He’d need to wait 5yrs, there’s a 15k waiting list’.
Personally find it hard to believe.

We’ll most likely lose one, maybe two, out of Morelos & Tav & they’ll hopefully be replaced by marquee signings of sort.
However I believe it’ll be the collective spirit that the management generates that’ll be the most important factor in how next season evolves.
The signs are promising, the majority of the players appear to at least show they understand what they’re involved in.

Recruitment is everything to SG Allen etc.
Their jobs & reputations are on the line on the back of it, thankfully it looks like there’s an appropriate system in place to manage it.

Kamara is a joy to behold currently.
Getting a player who is obviously well grounded, very disciplined, knows the set up in this league, looks like he enjoys being a Rangers player & shows glimpses of being a real asset to us is tremendous to watch unfold.
However, his honeymoon period is over & it’ll be next season where he really has to push on & be the player we all want him to be.
He could (hopefully not) be a victim of his own success next season if he doesn’t start well, tries to hard, gets injured or his form drops.
He’s a pleasure to watch & to see him step up & improve with the coaching on offer is a lovely thought.

Firstly it means we don’t free up funds from his sale and secondly it means we have the constant fear of his disciplinary issues rising and finally unsettling the team balance again
Alfie needs to move on with our gratitude and we need to reinvest that money in Ryan Kent and a replacement for Morelos and Lafferty.
For me it’s been refreshing watching us without Morelos recently, he’d become a complete distraction & sideshow all of his own & I agree we’ve actually looked better with Defoe.
For him to stay he’ll need to reinvent himself somewhat to be the asset we need him to be.
