  1. If these allegations are accurate then serious sanctions have to be meted out to hibs and the SFA (who are meant to be the arbiters of truth and justice in our game)!!! However, Rangers fans entering the field of play will no doubt be seen as a sectarian element, hell bent on trouble, leaving hibs fans no choice but to counter with thousands on the park!!!
  2. ?seemingly for the fucking sake of it mate!
  3. You don't take off your best player (in your words) even to protect him (in your words)....you keep him on because he's making a difference and his steady play was key to why we went 2-1 ahead!!!
  4. Competitively? Meant comparatively...my apologies!
  5. Most on here would agree, Zelalem was taken off unfairly but wire in mate! He's the go to scapegoat but I'd say he was classy in the extreme today....competitively speaking!
  6. Must've!! However, I also noticed where our whole team got taken clean out the game!!! Did you notice that?
  7. Waggy off pace because of injury and lack of match sharpness, but Zelalem? Top operator who SHOULDN'T have been removed!!!
  8. Rangers fans are, very sadly, cowed by the adverse publicity instrumented by the msm at every turn!!! They have successfully emasculated us!!!
  9. Think anyone at Rangers would be fucking mad to want to go ANYWHERE else at this time because something very special is brewing at our Club!! However, money quite often oils the wheels for some....hope Frank doesn't fall into that category!!
  10. Big Richard's possibly right in saying he'd be in the 30 mill bracket in today's ludicrously inflated market but there's a wee bit of self aggrandisement going on here! At first glance, these sort of statements and the realisation that we can't compete financially with the very top clubs in the UK can evoke fear and trepidation about what our place has become in the whole scheme of things but, I say, we've nothing to fear....we can build a team on a budget and we can bring in cut price young players and make them into multi million pound assets!! Why do I think that? Mark Warburton, David Weir and Frank McParland!!!
  11. The overriding emotion for young Lee, his family and close friends at this time will be one of sheer relief at this outstanding piece of news!! We can't underestimate, however, the power of the positivity and support from The Rangers, Bears in general and anyone else involved in giving the wee man a lift at his lowest ebb!! It's heartwarming to know that when we come together we can, in some way, make a sizeable difference to a fellow Bear in trouble!! Make no mistake though..this wee warrior fought like a lion and it was his fighting spirit that saw him through....well done champ!!! WATP
  12. Makes perfect sense in terms of letting MW know how much we want him to remain and giving him a sense of job security but, make no mistake, these management contracts have been shown in the past to not be worth the paper they're written on! If the right job comes up with the right terms offered, managers and clubs always find a way to conclude deals. However, MW could be a different kettle of fish...you get the feeling that if he committed to a 5 year extension he would honour it! I say, if we can, get it done?!!
  13. ?There is a touch of Ealing comedy about it, admittedly, mate! No one was hurt.
  14. Or, a glove out for anyone with just one eye??
  15. Aye, saw that mate....demanding an apology from GMP because they were deeply offended....I'll watch with interest when they come out in condemnation so readily when an atrocity is committed in the name of islam!!
  16. True...that allied to the grim announcement that a suspect package had been found! Would've been chillingly reminiscent of Paris for fans inside the ground!
  17. Great post mate?. Just goes to show how seriously they're taking this ongoing threat and the level of resources - financially and otherwise -they're throwing at it....sad sign of the times, of course, but, I agree, the security and safety of all is paramount here and you can't put a price on that!!
  18. ?Aye, it's good that they're preparing for these eventualities. I agree, someone needs hauled over the coals for this because these are the very organisations that we put our trust in to ensure our safety...this hardly breeds confidence in their abilities to do so, as you say! It's actually a fuck up of monumental proportions....people could have been killed in a crush!! Luckily, no one was hurt but it got to go down as a massive embarrassment!!!
  19. I'd be checking the business address of the private contract firm.....Riyadh?....Belfast?....Dublin?? Joking aside though, imagine if fans had panicked?! Could've resulted in deaths ffs!!!
  20. Just hearing on BBC tv news that Greater Manchester Police have issued a statement within the last few minutes that it was a "training device" left accidentally by a private contract firm involved in a training exercise!!! Some cunt needs a boot in the balls for this...what a fuck up!!!
  21. Can't argue with any of your points there TIP apart from the fact that Brazil omitted to include the undeniable truth: that we are an infinitely bigger club than Burnley! In that important sense, moving to us cannot be viewed as a step down! The fact that he didn't add that point to his quote means that we really can't be sure if insult was intended or not!
