Strachan's position on this is potentially quite revealing imo. He's clearly demonstrating that he sees the needs of aberdeen and celtic as more important than the needs of Rangers as a club! Is this hinting at the possibility that he has been harbouring an unhealthy disregard for us all along? Is this (the real reason, and) the same disregard for us that has underpinned his inexplicable refusal to pick Lee Wallace for previous Scotland squads? His previously stated position was that Wallace was playing at a level not befitting International football?, yet he picked john mcginn of hibs who was playing at the exact same level as Wallace....making a mockery of his very own stance in the process!! Whateverthefuckever, Mark Warburton's on yer case Strachan and the thinly veiled threat is that we'll withdraw our players - citing injuries backed up by our medical staff if needs be - if you don't start being equitable ginger nuts!!! I'd like this to go to extra time and for hibs to win through on penalties....exact same scenario against falkirk then to lose out on promotion, to the premiership team they'll have to face, after extra time and penalties in the final play-off. That way, they'll be fucked physically and mentally....maximum game time for them....maximum depression for them before they play the Famous Glasgow Rangers in the SC Final!! WATP

Good point mate. If you look at athletics, boxing, tennis, swimming and cycling etc and the sheer dedication and effort these guys have to put in to their training regimes in terms of fitness, technical ability, what they consume etc etc, just to compete at the top level then it's clear there's a problem across Scottish football at all levels! Too many talented youngsters fall by the wayside year on year for a variety of reasons! I always compare our football with the English Premiership (not just the younger players emerging but the final product) and we appear to be light years behind! It's actually like watching fine tuned athletes compared to our guys, who are often full of work rate but little else! When I was a kid playing boys club football, the coach had us attempting bunny hops up and down a set of three stairs, over and over...it was agony!! The emphasis at that age should have been on enjoying the game and getting plenty of time on the ball! Thankfully, we've moved on from that, just about! Radical change is needed, with a structure put in place where there's a clear, workable, path for aspiring players to follow from boys clubs through to senior football! In saying all that, at Rangers, there is a massive shift in culture and we can rest assured that all our players are in the very best of hands!!

Vaguely remember a documentary from a few years back where youngsters getting freed by clubs (perhaps in England) were being offered the opportunity to find out if they had an aptitude for things like athletics, cycling and other sporting disciplines if, of course, football was unlikely to be an option for them going forward. Not heard too much about it since so don't know if it's something being carried forward in a wider sense or if it was just an experimental thing involving only one club. The thinking behind it was that these guys were young, fit and healthy with a natural propensity towards sporting endeavour, a will to win and competitiveness. Sounds like a right good idea to me. Great to see the Club taking an active interest in these boy's future!?

The gentleman narrating this video states that GCC didn't want to support a march and wouldn't put their name to it but that there is absolutely nothing they can do to oppose a static demonstration by these reprobates!! Thompson voted us down - not on the fact their fans threatened to boycott - based on the fact he was deriving orgasmic pleasure at the prospect!! The cry was "sporting integrity"....my arse!! Rather, he was riding the crest of a wave, in his own deluded mind, fantasising that he was going to be at the cutting edge of heralding in a new age of 'fairness' in Scottish football!! His absolute hatred for us shone through, though, and there will be no sympathy from the Rangers community at the poetic justice we saw play out at dens park!!
