I remember being in Atalanta Bergamo's stadium during am old firm game. We had just signed the big guy from Palermo, they looked like they could have been doing with him that game. Anyhow, spent the whole time on the phone from Italy to my missus asking about the score from Glasgow, cheering randomly when we scored. Will always remember the rain was pm heavy the game in Italy got called off, we all went to the bar under the stands to get hammered, then the game was back on. I'm sure we won in a high scoring old firm game that day. Lot of whisky under the bridge since then.

Great read that. It is a subject I am genuinely interested in. I would like to add that over the course of modern history the government's instigating these dehumanising politics have always without exception crashed and burned due to outside political forces. There are definite parallels to be drawn between the cover up of Hillsborough and the cup final the other day. The one thing I will say we have to our advantage is this, the forum, the Internet. Everything written by anyone leaving the stadium is a timeline of what went on; ten minutes after the game, 20 minutes after the game, Nacho doing up his jacket, etc, etc. Collate all this evidence against the journalism skills of a Selik supporting non entity deflecting the truth. We know we are in the right.

It doesn't matter what these people say, or don't say, what matters most is the cops do their job and nail the scum who assaulted our players. To expect any support from the politicians, the journalists or most of the TV stations is expecting the impossible.
