What annoys the life out of me is we play with wingers and every game he's got a makeshift midfielder playing wide right. Either play wingers or change shape and formation to suit the players at your disposal. Putting aribo, Ramsey and Arfield wide right is pointless as they are far too slow and never hit the byline. Our only pace in the team is Kent and it's soo blatantly obvious what our game plan is that he gets crowded out. 
Fucking shake it up Gio and at least go out with some sort of fight rather than this lacklustre 1 dimensional bullshit we are watching every week at the moment. Show the players who's in charge and if they don't get on board then get them to fuck, otherwise get to fuck yourself. 

Thats because the players are thick and play like we have him when he isnt there, they did it when defoe replaced him pre covid, and they'll do it again
Can already picture tav and bassey especially firing a ball up to roofe, bypassing the midfield, expecting him to hold it up, or goldson dropping a 50yarder into the channels for roofe to go out to, who'll actually manage it, lay it off to either fullback who'll cross it into the box where our most natural finisher is still out wide having collected goldsons 50 yard hoof

Keep Gio in charge and try and win a cup which will mean very little in the grand scale & tbh right now I'd fully expect Gio to be 0-3 after Hampden.
Or pull the plug, accept he's been a terrible appointment and start early for next season. Use the rest of this season to give players like King, Lowry, McCrorie some game time to see if they're going to be able to contribute long term
Keeping Gio till the summer is just prolonging the agony and basically handing them the title next season.
