    Been following our great club since the sixties and I simply cannot imagine what we would have been like without Walter. At his funeral, they sang the BB hymn, “Will Your Anchor Hold” and that’s how I think of him, guiding us through the storms and remaining steadfast. Totally irreplaceable..

    Raskin is one for the long term. Jack, Dowell and Lundstram (playing well at the moment admittedly) won’t be here forever. Lawrence still has to prove himself for me as well. Bigger issue for me is that, like the forwards, we seem to have zero coming through from our youngsters.

    He’s now targeted like Morelos was by a rotation of opposing hammer-throwers, trying to provoke a reaction. Back-handed compliment I guess. Has a big role to play in the two (at least) OF games snuffing out McGregor and with him, their hopes of any silverware.

    The scum have dropped 16 points to date, none of which was to us (5 draws, 2 defeats) We've dropped 14 points to date, including 6 points to them and only 8 to all the others combined. In other words, they’ve dropped double the points that we have to the other SPFL clubs (16 to 8). Our consistency has been unbelievable especially when you consider that we dropped 3 points on day one against Killie. Since that opening day loss on August 5, we’ve collected 61 points from a maximum of 66, excluding the OF games. Superb results, week in, week out.
