A guy I work with got tickets for Chelsea game there a couple of weeks back on line no problem.

Really? I’d imagine it’d wouldn’t be a problem for a run of the mill game like West Ham, here’s hoping anyway!

If you were to sum up our midfielders it’d be that they’re all grafters.

Not one of them has the ability to dictate a game.

100% cant emphasize this enough, this has been the issue for ages. All well and good having grafers but they should be grafting to allow creative players (which we don't have) to play the game.

  3. Anyone ever been to St James?? is it hard to get tickets for? im hoping not given the size of it. Weekend away on the lash in Newcastle the weekend they play West Ham, 21 of us down so hopefully there is plenty tickets!

I stand by my belief that the ref gifted them the goal.

I'd like to see our best 11 v their best 11, full throttle mode with an English ref. I think we'd win hands down.

It was a foul for definite, id maybe agree if it was on our 18 yard line but there was still so much to do from that point and so much we could have done to prevent them getting there.

So would i, however i still think we are behind. There forward options of Euduard, Thumb & Sinclair are much greater with ours and they have spark from midfield with Rogic, McGregor & Ntcham which we have been desperately missing for years.

On the plus side though we aren't tarrier bastards.

I'm glad SG is highlighting the ref situation in Scotland and I hope he continues to do so until things change. I would like an English referee for Old Firm games. Yesterday celtic had their 11 best out and they couldn't score from the advantage of a fatigued Rangers team, the ref had to gift them a goal.

Ref gift them a goal?? come on  it was a foul but it was on their 18 yard line basically. We had the whole length of the pitch to stop them.

Is there an easy way to get away day tickets for a non season ticket holder?

Ive looked on the clubs website and can’t see a lot of information regarding away day tickets.

I quite fancy going to the Motherwell game on Sunday and am contemplating just buying a ticket for their end and hope I don’t jump out my seat and get a bleaching although I’d rather not sit with those cunts given the choice.

Could always try outside the ground, could be a few no shows for buses on Sunday morning.

or just look for a wee guy on the turnstiles and give him 30 sheets

On the face of it he is doing well. I think the freedom for him to actually do his job has helped. The previous boards were restricting what the Director of Football was able to do, as you'll remember with Bears and media constantly questioning what they were actually doing.

Allen will be pivotal as we move forward and start winning trophies again. He just looks committed to the role - follows the team home and abroad and is always around.

I cant remember us having a DOF previously, who was it?

I've liked watching Ejaria, breath of fresh air watching him turn and go at players and go forward with the ball rather than what we've seen in the last few years from CM's passing the ball sideways or backwards.

Gave the ball away a few times and made some wrong decisions but it will come hopefully.
