nvager 498
I think Alexander was fine. He will hang on to the jersey.
lewisb72 50
I think Alexander was fine. He will hang on to the jersey. Agreed. Not made a mistake yet this year, or last.
Amac9 2,060
Sell McGregor and give Alexander the number 1 jersey. Everytime Alexander has been recalled upon he has never let us down plus he is a model professional unlike McGregor who makes the front pages more than the back! Neil Alexander = Rangers #
BoltonLoyal 2
Alexander has done no wrong in my eyes and shuld be our No.1 until he suffers a dip in form.
Back_Murray 0
He deserves it, he really deserves credit for coming in at the end of last two seasons and performing admirably. Personally I'd sell McGregor and bring in another goalkeeper and have him and Alexander fight it out for the No1 Jersey but at the moment Alexander deserves it and credit to him for some fine performances
OrangeBurn 57
I don't think Alexander could have done anything about Any goals he has conceded.
Coopermania 1
Hes the man in charge and done what hes been asked, he should stay No1 until poor form happens. He will know thats the way it is.
macka1990 0
id rather see mcgregor as a long term no.1 for us but atm alexander deserves the shirt like everyone has said also if a signifcant bid came in for McGregor 5m plus then sell replace him on the cheap and add the rest to the transfer budget
ShaneRalfRoss 304
alexander has not done anything wrong to be dropped.

trueblue05 18
Definetely keep him between the posts next season. If a player plays that well and cant keep his place then he'll just lose all motivation and McGregor will feel untouchable and not put in performances to keep his place. Goianegra 4,702
I think we are lucky to have 2 class keepers playing for us.
Tommy WATP 86
Should be No.1 for years to come if he keeps up the good form
CraigRFC 1
Yes he does deserve to keep it although I do feel there is a gulf in quality between the 2. With McGregor being the far superior keeper.
grahamteuchter 1
Definately He has been superb. He should never have lost it when shagger came back..well earned
lerxst 99
Mcgregor was great when he first broke into the first team and kept his place on merit. but off field he let himself down ,10 years of patience and then give it all away. Alexander is a pro and has the club at heart . Hate to say it but sell Mcgregor for as much as poss.

CraigRFC 1
But in saying that, I can't remember Alexander making any outstanding saves. It's been pretty easy for him I think.
gizmico1986 0
overall macgregor is probably a better keeper, however alexander excell's at coming for crosses where as macgregor is woeful and i honestly believe that because of that attribute the rest of the defence are more comfortable with alexander in the goal tha greegsy
templbluenose 0
yes he did. he is confident and assured and in my opinion should never have been dropped at the start of the season when he came in for a few games.
